My experience today , although a bit of a wait time, was absolutely outstanding! There were only three employees in the whole store and they had a BUNCH of tickets to make but I got my order in a timely manner, and furthermore when the customer before me ordered over $100 worth of food in drive thru , the employee didn't keep me waiting long to take my order, they checked back in with me giving me updates and apologizing profusely for any delays that may have been caused. I had only gone inside to ask for extra sauce and the manager Amber proactively asked me if everything was okay with my order I said yes and got my sweet and sour sauce! I see sooo many people come to popular places like burger king and then get upset over the wait time, I'd understand and agree if the employees did not give updates or of it truly did take long, but my experience here was outstanding and given the amount of orders they had and how many employees I saw in the back, I think they did an outstanding job for getting my order out in a timely manner and giving service with a smile despite the ticket machine constantly going off back there! (I work at McDonald's, so trust me guys I get it!)

Mediocre experience. This place kept my party waiting over a half hour in the drive-through for 2 chicken sandwiches. There was only two cars ahead. And through the windows, I saw only 4 people dining inside, so it's not as if the place was too busy. When the staff member came outside with the food, she delivered a very insincere apology for the wait. Also, the chicken sandwiches were extremely dry and lacked mayo. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ONE STAR, only because I can't give negatives.

This BK alaways takes for ever thru the drive thru if you are in a rush dont bother going there cause you will be in the drive thru more than half an hour! I would of rated zero stars, these young workers now a days play around more instead of doing their job. BK needs to train their employees better and get some fast food training from Chik-fil-a.
