I ordered two quesadillas to go. I ate one and left the other one to eat later. While I was eating the second quesadilla, I found a cockroach in it. I went in to get a refund and the old lady that helped me was in disbelief that a cockroach was in the food and stated that they debug the restaurant. I asked to speak to a manager and she said the manager would be back Monday, January 5, 2026. As of January 7, 2026, when I’m posting this review, I haven’t received a phone call. I will file a complaint with the food commission in El Paso. I highly recommend anyone to stay away from this place.

Meat was chewy and dry mostly potato and jalapeño than meat.. not worth your money. The lady made me drive around after I place my order to get the next person in line. I have never been told to do that at a drive thru. So I got behind the that person to get get my one burrito. That was WEIRD

I order barbacoa burritos 🌯 and no salsa and no cilantro, onion at all have to ate the burritos without anything just the meat 😢

Burritos always come out sloppy to the point it falls apart and wet tortilla with all the oil/juice. I understand the rush. I even came when its slow, but still the same quality. Other locations doesn't have this issue.

Took sister from out of town. We went late. When you go late sometimes they are out of certain stews. They were out of one of our favorites. My sister has been living in California for a while now. Anything with spice is too spicy for her. She tried several but said they were too spicy for her. For my taste buds they were perfect. Sister said she has had better. This one is near my home and still I do not go often.

Great burritos; my go to place Saturday mornings when im too lazy for making breakfast. Barbacoa is great but very heavy. Huevo con wini is great; they don’t sell that any more in Juarez.
The drive thru gets packed in the weekends but they are very efficient

In my three years going wince I moved to Texas only once they have screwed up my order; I forgive becase statistically, its 1 in 60 maybe so no big deal.

The people there are nice..the food though I tried it twice because I was getting a basic bean burrito even the beans are no good the food doesn't have flavor their salsa is just spicy with no flavor...Last time for me .

I asked for 7 burritos and they only gave me 6. I asked them for two huevo con weenie without beans and they put beans in them. I came back in the afternoon after running my errands and told them they messed up my order. She was like “well the sign says right here you have to ask for them with outbeans” . I said “I did tell them I didn’t want beans in them” , I know my babies don’t like beans so why would I say yes especially since yhey personally asked me if I wanted beans in them. She made me two burritos of huevo con weenie and I told her I wanted the refund , not extra burritos , my babies already ate. She got upset with an attitude and told me “well they already made them” and I was like “no I want the refund for all 3 burritos because my babies already ate in the morning so what am I gonna do with those burritos. She came outside , gave me the cash and said here’s the money, and just walked back inside.
You’re upset at me for you doing your job incorrectly? Okay.

Be carefull... didn't want to post this, but i have kids, and decide it to do it. The place burritos are more expensive, guess what? I purchased 3 burritos, 2 red asados and 1 chile relleno,one asado burrito came with a piece of plastic inside ,maybe piece of bag or who knows, very greasy, the chile one with seeds Inside (guess is common in other places) but, came with the chile tale inside, by the way was the expensive one totally disappointed, be careful if you buy for you kid, that plastic inside is..... couldn't finished had to put it on trahs can
