Caution! Workers at Bush's Chicken please check your french fries, buffalo sauce, ranch, chicken tenders, frying oil, and okra. I had ordered a medium order of buffalo fries and a small side of okra a little bit after 2pm at the drive-thru under the name on the card I paid with as Abraham Vaughn. Ten minutes after arriving home, I ate it all with some water and took a nap. After waking up from my nap I had the worst stomach pain, a fever, nausea, and now I just finished vomiting my meal. I am very disappointed that a place that I have eaten at since my days in high school at El Dorado has made me sick. Bush's for the sake of everyone else please for the love of God almighty check the expiration dates and do not abuse the trust of your customers. I would very much like to get in contact with the management to discuss this further. This is unacceptable.

The night time experience not the same as daytime, the chicken tastes old, fries and okra hard refried and dry. The young man told me he could not sell me a four piece, not properly trained for his job.
The food is back good, no big chicken. Very crunchy not dry and it was hot. Thank you , it’s hard to find good food in El Paso. Yesenia was very pleasant I didn’t have to ask for napkins or condiments she brought one of each. Perfect.

Yesterday was our first time ever to this franchise. The meal was great, the price was very fair, the service and friendliness couldn't have been better. The fried okra was exceptional. We're looking forward to the next time.
Very disappointed. Unfortunately, my kids found a fly baked into the biscuit, I didn't know I had to ask for the food with no flies. Although the manager refunded my money, she didn't even offer an apology as if it was normal. I do not recommend this place at all! Terrible customer service from manager and a fly baked into the bread!

Food was alright but the service…wasn’t very pleasant especially the owner of the place (Marco) he was so rude to me for no reason when I was just asking politely how much longer would I be getting the food I ordered because I had been waiting for over an hour, when other people that had ordered after me we’re getting they’re orders first before I did, which didn’t make any sense to me, overall he was very immature and I would not recommend to dine here.
