Very rude and unprofessional workers. Nastiest chicken I’ve ever aten. Don’t waste your time here

I came to pick up a door dash, and I drove in the drive through, and an older lady with blonde hair told me I have to pick it up inside. I didnt mind having to go in at all, i know a lot of places make you go inside for pick up, I just wanted to try. I go inside for my pick up and I just ask if there was a receipt and she no we don’t have receipts and I said okay thank you have a good night. I didn’t give her attitude for anything. I did what she asked. She didn’t know I also spoke Spanish and as I was leaving said “Que hueva” calling me lazy for not getting off at first??? I found it extremely rude and unnecessary.

Took a bit to be served and I was first in the drive through line. Wasn't a big deal though as the attendant was very polite and pleasant so it made up for it. With that said, the food was a little disappointing. The chicken fingers or strips used to be quite large reminiscent of half a cucumber and now they are more represented by a small pinkie finger. Portions are getting smaller but price is increasing. Disappointing.

I enjoy this place a lot, and wish there were more locations actually besides one so far out east. Great selection on the menu and good prices. Competes with any chicken spot you are thinking of going to.

It was my first time having it and unfortunately there was a fly baked into the dinner roll. It’s a shame because the chicken itself was delicious and I would have loved to come here again.

Had fine experiences until just right now. Their 3 lane thing is dumb, especially since their worker didn’t pay attention to it. Rolled up in the 2nd lane, was there for well over 5 minutes. Then a car comes up in lane 1 and the guy goes up to them in like 30 seconds, while we had been waiting to be greeted the whole time!
Instead of complaining and being a “karen” to the employee, I just left and spent my money elsewhere.
Food was delicious! Get the buffalo fries! I didn’t like how cold it was in there and they have signs posted that you can’t stay more then 30 min.

I dropped two stars The old male manager Should see the difference between chicken nuggets and tender stripsAnd he's the one that serve the plates He was more complaining about the kids from the school making a mess He forget that those little brats are customers too I wonder if the West Side would have had A school across from the restaurant if they would have been still open this day Makes you think Customer service goes 360°

Girl working the drive thru at about 12:50 on 08:17/2025 sucks. She needs to be retrained or something. Our order was taken wrong, we were given small cups and there was no gravy included in our order. On top of that it took about 20 minutes. Usually the service and food is amazing. One employee can really ruin it all.
