We ordered appetizers, meals, drinks and dessert - food was decent - the owner actually asked us to leave while we were still eating our desserts - never in my life have I been asked to leave a restaurant for ANY reason, let alone while still eating. We eat out 2-3 times a week, love italian food and will NEVER support this restaurant again.

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would! We spent over $200 dollars and after paying the server told us that the Owner “Danny” asked us to leave….they needed our table…I called him to our table and he completely ignored me, we got up to leave and I confronted him and he told me to go outside so we both walked outside and I told him that he was very rude for asking us to leave after we spent over $200, terrible service and terrible owner, WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Service has gone down. Very disappointing. To top it off they were going to charge me a fee to cut my own cake that I had made. They have lost a customer. Don’t come here for party’s larger than 5 also. It’s a 20% gratuity which is outrageous.
Pizza, pasta, and salads are great! Bread and butter is delicious.

A great Italian restaurant that lets you bring in your own bottle of wine 🍷! I think the simple menu highlights classic Italian cuisine and makes ordering easy. I tasted the spaghetti and meatballs paired with a Chianti Classico red wine to complement the dish. The atmosphere adds a level of warmth to the dinning experience.

I celebrated my birthday at Café Italia just yesterday with a big group. I left a $50 gift card in a birthday envelope on the table area. We were basically the last ones to leave, so I called as soon as the place opened today, expecting to hear they found it. Instead, I was told they “probably threw it away.”
No way. The envelope was clearly a birthday card, and you could feel the gift card inside. I’m seriously upset because I know someone kept it, and now I’m being brushed off with this excuse. I’ve been a loyal customer, and this is a terrible way to treat people. I’m not buying it, and I’m honestly disgusted by the dishonesty.
Don’t expect me to come back anytime soon.

The spaghetti was mushy and the meatballs had very little flavor. The sole positive was the bread. So disappointing.

Best food and service! They take pride in their work!
food is great and you can take your own wine and cake but they charge you 20 dlls to open the wine bottles and 15 dlls for taking the cake 😗
Very disappointed with the treatment. We know that they don’t give you a lot of time to eat when they bring the ticket, but this time they outdid themselves, we went to celebrate my birthday and we ordered salads, appetizers, entries, beer and dessert. We had just ordered a glass of beer after finishing our entree and the waitress came to ask if we were going to order anything else. We said, yes, we want dessert, but can you wait until we finish our beer, we just got it. We were surprised when she brought us the check, we told her we had not asked for the check yet, she acted defensively and said she thought we were done. They are asked to exhort a lot of pressure on the customers. She went to the owner and told him we were upset, which we weren’t, we just wanted our dessert. The manager came to us and told us that his restaurant was not a place to come and talk, that it was a place to order your food , eat quickly and leave. We know how he runs the place but can’t we order dessert? He brought us our coffee and dessert and the check again!!! It was sooo upsetting and so rude. We left 45 minutes after we arrived!!!It’s that a reasonable time to give to your clientele after ordering so much food. To not even get an hour to eat. We told him he was being unreasonable and that 45 minutes to eat and spend so much money it’s just crazy. We are not coming back. They went too far this time, we were weekly customers, accepting his policies but this was just soooo unpleasantness
