We come every time we're in El Paso. The food is always fresh and the servers are always friendly. One thing I don't like is the Wasabi they use.
Great food, but very poor service by Ninn (I believe that was her name). She was rude and impolite, and the service was subpar. Tips should reflect the level of service provided. Since her service was not polite, I did not feel a tip was warranted.

This was an interesting experience. Initially, we set out to go to a buffet. It's confusing between an all you can eat versus a buffet experience. This restaurant appeared subdued. However, surprisingly wonderful, the service was very fast, and efficient, the waitress was helpful in ordering, and the food was excellent. I would say that this is a wonderful alternative to the hustle and bustle of many buffets yet they have an all you can eat menu. The food was good. It was fresh and it was on time. And the lunch buffet price was absolutely worth every penny, so I recommend stopping in and having either lunch or dinner.

They ask my 11 year old for a ID to eat from the child All you can eat. I was really offended. Lady said her manager wanted her ID. What 11 year old carries a ID? Also a table next to us with kids didn’t get asked for ID. Just rude.

My dad and I stopped for lunch after a Dr. appt here based off the high rating and the all you can eat listing. The Server we got was unwelcoming, inpatient and negligent. She started off neutral, but after we order a our first 2 dishes she got worse and worse, at 1 point we watched her for about 10 minutes trying to get her attention and she would not give us an ounce of her attention. My Dad had to get up and go get her while she stood in the corner ignoring us, we had waited for her to turn around so we could wave her down, but she kept her back turned for minutes, so my dad went and told her he was ready to order the next plate.
Food: the miso is watered down, the chicken Katsu was cooked and fried to perfection, but served with sweet chili sauce not katsu sauce, which was disappointing. The spring rolls where good but only 3 come in an order. The chicken udon soup was a huge portion of the most bland thing I have ever eaten at a restaurant, I dumped a lot of soy sauce in, the udon noodles were chewy and slurpable, the veggies were the most flavorful in the dish and the chicken was so bland I tried to dip in any left over sauce from our other dishes. My Dad enjoyed the fried udon shrimp the most.

Me and my husband usually love coming here because they have such a good deal and they really do have good food but when you have not Great service and then you ask why we’re not tipping you when usually we do tip. You are not entitled to a tip and if you ask for one If you did a subpar job then you definitely not getting one. I’m not sorry tipping is one optional and two based on how good the service was. If you want a tip be a better server.

La Sushi & Hibachi All You Can Eat definitely has some great-tasting food! 🍣 The tuna rolls and eel rolls were fresh, flavorful, and honestly the highlight of the meal. Everything we ordered came out tasting good and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and well-prepared.
The only downside was the service. The food took quite a while to come out, and our server didn’t really check in when we were ready to order more. With a 2-hour time limit, that kind of threw things off — it’s hard to enjoy the “all you can eat” experience when you’re waiting around. ⏱️
Overall, the sushi itself was great, but the slow service made it a bit disappointing. If they could speed things up and be more attentive, this place could easily be a 5-star spot!

The AYCE is spot on! 1st time in El Paso and would 100% recommend this place. They have sushi rolls that I have never seen before, i.e. spicy crawfish roll. I thought the price was good as well.
