This review is based on customer service. Several calls to the shop with no answer. Followed the instructions via website for a cake for my wife’s bday with zero response or confirmation. Even a simple sorry we’re busy would have been nice. Haven’t found a single bakery that could help in EP.

This review is on customer service not thier products I haven't been able to reach them to make an order to judge thier products lol I called for my mother's birthday cake no answer you have to text them and they answer 2 months later I need a quincieañera cake now and still the same thing I guess they don't want the business why insist you may ask . Reason is they say the cakes are really good but I guess we will never know

Poor customer service. I texted a quote request on Monday, and picture and called -no response. They DO NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS, only text. AND their website is the schitts! Plenty of time (6 days) for prep. Did so again on Tuesday-no response. The next day I asked them to please answer. Finally hours later I’m told they could make the cake, however missing one component that could have EASILY been made of fondant - was not available. And STILL no quote! My suggestion is if you have several weeks for them to “bother” to answer, they might be polite enough to answer. I was told this is a home or apt business. That doesn’t matter to me because I just live around the corner, but they should’ve at least be decent enough to say got your info, we’re working on it, will get back to you…. In 2 DAYS. I had thought that I was texting the wrong number but it was correct.
