I placed a single burger only for mobile pickup through the drive thru and it said it would be ready after 15 mins at 12:58. I showed up right at 1am and the worker came to the speaker and told me they were on break for 20 mins and to come back later for it. I sat outside for 20 mins came back and he was trying to tell me the same thing. I told him I’m the same person who was there 20 mins ago and repeated I was there for the mobile order I already paid for and if I can’t have it to please cancel it and he then sounded very unhappy and told me he would make it really quick. I sat outside for 10 mins as he made it. Upon reading other people’s experience it seems like the night crew really likes to take their breaks even though no customers shows up in the middle of the night like I did - very lazy people who are ruining this business. I live around the corner so will never be coming here again after this. 😂

Whoever is the team right now on 6/2/2025 around 8:30p-9p deserves a RAISE! Seriously, my food came out super fresh and it was put together with care. It wasn’t made sloppy, the fries were fresh and crispy, I also order a sourdough double and there was a good amount of everything on it. It wasn’t sloppy with extra sauce or a head of lettuce. I also got a cookies and cream milkshake and it was super delicious!! Thank you guys so much for actually taking your time and putting pride into your work. You deserve 5 stars and a raise!

Tonight, my kids and I ordered for pickup and my daughter ordered a plain cheeseburger. First, the female that worked there was very rude, as she always is. Once we got the food home, my daughter’s burger was wrapped in a bunch of lettuce. We went back and the same rude worker said that we had ordered it dry but then stated that the order said “no carbs” which is ridiculous when she also said that it was dry cheeseburger and then said “I don’t know what to tell you.” She then offered to give her a bun so my daughter could make the burger herself. My burger was completely soggy and my son in law’s chicken had no flavor. Every single time we have gone there, EVERYONE is extremely rude to us and the wait is always long and I always go out of my way to be nice to everyone, because you never know what someone is going through. She did not offer another burger and was not apologetic. This is unacceptable. We will NEVER return to any Carl’s Jr., especially this location. I’d give it a negative rating if I could.

The food tastes pretty good and i can tell that the cooks actually do their job because the food always tastes good, the only problem is that their staff is limited but they have very likeable staff and i like the service which is given, overall one of my favorite Carls

I ordered a crispy chicken with lettuce. I got a soggy crispy chicken. I think it’s a crispy chicken with tomato which I’m allergic to with cheese, which I am lactose intolerant with bacon and the crispy chicken bun was so hard. You could not even bite into it I guess they need to start teaching their employees how to read an order board Either that or retrain them or freaking fire them. A crispy chicken supposed to be mayonnaise and pickles that’s it. I will not order this again from them. They need to either retrain their employees or fire them and when you call, they need to learn to answer their phone.
