Went thru drive thru at about 9pm to place an order and was told the equipment wasn't working and they were sorry staffed so my meal would take about 25 minutes. The gentleman was very persistent about these times and obviously didn't want to is to order so we didn't. We drive around and there was no one inside and the place was empty. This is the second time this happens to me at this location.

Double cheeseburger and fries... this is absolutely garbage. Burger bun is crusty and dry, burger meat is dry, cheese is obviously an hour old and hard, fries are cold and gummy and apparently all broken like it's all crumbs. $20 for lunch and it's absolutely garbage. I would be embarrassed if I were you, this is pathetic. 0/5, I'll never spend another dime here and I hope nobody else will either. 👎👎

The absolute SLOWEST Carl's Jr in El Paso. The staff is compiled of high schoolers and one adult. They're not rude or unprofessional they're just grossly inexperienced and extremely under qualified for a single order as it becomes overwhelming for them. Food is great though if you're willing to wait 20-30 mins.

They take way too long. All I ordered was a drink, but they left me waiting behind people that probably ordered multiple hamburgers when they could’ve just done like other fast food restaurants and charged me for the drink and gave it to me at the first window so I could’ve been on my way, I will tell everyone to avoid this restaurant and any other ones because of the service here
