I asked for barbecue sauce with my meal. Had already gotten home noticed that it wasn’t in the bag tried to call them. No answer I actually called three times no answer.drove back to ask for the barbecue they didn’t even apologize…. and when I asked for an extra sauce girl, really wanted to charge me like i wasted more money on gas driving back and you can’t give me a complimentary barbecue sauce really!!! And then she had the audacity to laugh very unprofessional wasn’t even mad that I had to go back just how the second interaction was handled very poorly..

Went between 630pm to 7pm. It is more than clear the employees working that shift can care less about customer service. I had to wait 8 min just to place my order only one car ahead of me. The voice on the drive thru seemed busy and distracted. Store manager or owner have to really look into the employees running a poor environment.

DO NOT GET FOOD HERE!! The worst service and the food is never good either. They are ALWAYS taking longer than usual and my assumption is that they’re pretty much short staffed because they always have the same 2 kids working. I would save my money and go elsewhere other wise you will spend 20+ minutes in the drive thru for nasty food.

Great place to get some good food, staff are super friendly, courteous and humorous.Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Food order prepared to perfection and came out in a timely manner. Will be back to try other items on the menu.

I was the only person in line at the drive thu, and i waited around 25 minutes for 1 order. This was the 2nd time I had waited this long. While the food is good I would rather go to the Mcdonalds down the street and be home sooner.
