I ordered a Santa Fe chicken sandwich and I got a chicken sandwich on sliced white bread, not a wheat bun like it’s supposed to come with and they left out the hatch chili. My mom went to go ask for one and it was cold, so I didn’t even use it in my sandwich. This was THEE WORST Carls Jr experience ever.

I love carl’s jr but this one doesn’t answer the stupid phone. It just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings forever and then when people complain about it, they just give the same copy and paste “sorry, copy this link to tell us more” response. If something happens with your order, you just can’t reach them at all

Suggest not going through dive through if stopping here, I ordered a vanilla shake and fries and there was no line and ended up waiting at the window for 20 minutes. If stopping i suggest going inside.

The customer service was absolutely amazing, we grabbed a quick bite after a long day. It was pretty late at night entering the drive-thru, but Eden was taking our order. They were very professional, kind and patient when taking our order. I would give their service a 10/10, many places you can’t get that for it being that late at night. What a great experience!!!
