I love carl’s jr but this one doesn’t answer the stupid phone. It just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings forever and then when people complain about it, they just give the same copy and paste “sorry, copy this link to tell us more” response. If something happens with your order, you just can’t reach them at all

Suggest not going through dive through if stopping here, I ordered a vanilla shake and fries and there was no line and ended up waiting at the window for 20 minutes. If stopping i suggest going inside.

The customer service was absolutely amazing, we grabbed a quick bite after a long day. It was pretty late at night entering the drive-thru, but Eden was taking our order. They were very professional, kind and patient when taking our order. I would give their service a 10/10, many places you can’t get that for it being that late at night. What a great experience!!!

This place needs to get their priorities in order! I waited 30 min for nothing ordered El Diablo Burger. I ended up requesting a refund. The manager asked me three times what my order was and never made it… horrible experience.. The people were friendly but i had to take off Im an OTR truck driver. Also asked about using the restroom it was locked never got the key or code to access the restroom this place is mediocre.
Jesus,Shane and cynthia were awesome and friendly. Kept a very clean restaurant as well

There are too many "Karens" and "Kevins" these days complaining and whining about their own rudeness. I can't speak for the negative reviews, but personally, my experience was great. Very courteous and respectful day crew. Order was served quickly and kindly. Excellent all across the board. I don't believe the negative reviews are reflective of this place.

10/11/24, 11 am I don’t know who the shift lead is but they need to be replaced. I just waited 25 minutes for my order of 5 chicken strips. There was nobody else in the drive thru either, that’s the only reason I went there.
