I cannot believe that I just came through the drive-thru to get a cup of ice and they wanted to charge me $3 and like 50 cents or whatever it is and I work for doordash and I work with Carl's Jr and that's just ridiculous to me! Used to be that I could come through that drive through and get a couple of ice for nothing so what in the world is going on really!?

This is my go to place when it comes to a chicken sándwich I absolutely love it. So sad to say I went late around 11pm and I was give 2 completly raw chicken sándwiches so dissapointing.i ordered a tea and it was no good either it was old and even had a small to it. Worst service ever

If I could do 0 stars I certainly would! Disgusting, raw chicken sandwich, sodas with no syrup, burgers with hair. Disgusting.
This place has good food but the management is a little off. They make mistakes and do not admit it. My wife and i ordered our food and they forgot to put lettuce. Then we ordered another hamburger and then didn't put onions when I told the so call manager he had a fit and accused me of removing and hiding the onions I guess he thinks we love onions so much we are willing to hide onions just to get more when we could just ask for extra onions even if I have to pay for it. ? ? ? ohh it's always like a freezer in their ☃️
