I wemt here after work. I ordered a medium combo western double. Food took awhile due too onlyntwo people working there. The order taker Bianca was very rude , disrespectful and argumentative. I looked and my food and the medium fries looked like a kids fries. I broughtvit to biancas attention she told me thats the way it comes with an attitude. I proceeded to order a small fries to make up for the medium fries. I paid and she gave them to me and the small fries were actually way bigger on the small then the medium. Con. BIANCA became argumentative and rude saying shes the ones that right . So rude she should be qorking if she cant handle the guests. Absolute horrible experience. Why is the location open doesent make sense. I wanted her name for corporate and she wouldnt give it to me so i talked to her manager and still didnt get it. I forgot her name is on the reciept. So i contacted corporate for the way she treats people.

Asked and paid for a large meal. They gave me small instead. Wasn't realized until after I drove off. Double check your orders as this seems to be difficult for them to do. Tried again...sat at the drive thru and no one answered. A.i. answered but that was it.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. No one ever seems like they want to work there. On several occasions, it’s been horrible. I walked in and when I gave them my name, they laughed and said it was burnt and they had a little fire. That they would remake it. I understood and waited. The cashier proceeded to go to the back to gossip with the cook. They took absolutely so long regardless. Still managed to get my order wrong. I’m very patient and kind, so I didn’t complain. But there was not even a single apology or care to make up for it. Everytime you pull up to the drive thru, they sound so miserable. I work in food service too, choose your attitude. It’s a shame cause I literally love Carl’s Jr. I drive all the way to Zaragoza cause they have great service there and always get the order right.
How is this place still open …. We only went here because Jack in the Box had a long line, and even though there was only two cars in line here, we still waited like 20 minutes. Our fries were cold, burgers were mediocre. Patties were super thin and dry. Definitely not coming back .

Hamburger and fries were cold!! When I took the hamburger back the employee had the nerve to blame us saying we didn't pick it up right away. We went as soon as they called our number so more than likely they left it on the counter and called our number later on. I ordered my hamburger without cheese and the employee didn't bother checking my order and made it with cheese. No orange soda available and the coke was watered down.
