Stopped by last night 25 minutes before closing time, they made wait five minutes in the drive thru just to say they were already cleaning the grill so they weren’t able to take my order. At least update your closing time to respect costumer’s time

Sorry guys but I had to change my review from 5 to 1 star. On the mobile app I ordered 2 double queso crunch burgers, I was charged for 2 double queso crunch burgers but when I got home, surprise! I was given 2 single queso crunch burguers. Now I do understand why this location have low Google reviews ratings.

(For a quick conclusion please read the end) EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE! Do not even consider this as an option to go eat! As soon I entered the place, the floors were noticeably sticky and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned for months. My shoes felt gross even after I stepped out of the place. Once I entered the restrooms, there was absolutely no soap. I asked an employee of they could refill it. They tried to be nice, despite their act they were visibly irritated by my request. I sat down at a table and the place was infested, I MEAN INFESTED BY FLIES. I immediately lost my appetite, I even felt a bit nauseous 🤢. I tried to get a Sprite drink from the soda fountain and it tasted like soap, it was bitter, almost as if the fountains corn syrup hadn't been replaced in a long time. There was also a tray of food that had been left for presumingly a few hours, since the flys were all over it. I LITERALLY GOT GOOSEBUMPS. There were a lot of workers for the place to be left so unattended. I am very disappointed and will NOT be coming back again. OVERALL, the service is alright, the place is nasty, and the food was bland. Thank you for reading! :D

Always love some good ol carls jr. El Diablo is my favorite and I'm glad they've brought it back. Prices have gone up in carls spending about 18 bucks for a large combo plus a 9 piece jalapeño poppers adds up to like 24 bucks but if you're buying for just yourself it ain't too bad ig. Food great. Service great. Prices are crazy but worth it every once in a while.

I placed an order for me and my family and they gave the food to someone else. When I asked about it they refused to make another one as well as didn't give me a refund.

Beware when ordering the kids meal if you add 2 more chicken stars to the order, your price will go from 4.49 to over $10.00. If you don't catch it in time, they won't help you with correcting it. Just get the adult 6 stars for around $8

Carls was awesome! The burgers are so delicious and so fresh. Also if you download the app you get all this special offers. Buy a burger get the other one for just a dollar.
