Always love some good ol carls jr. El Diablo is my favorite and I'm glad they've brought it back. Prices have gone up in carls spending about 18 bucks for a large combo plus a 9 piece jalapeño poppers adds up to like 24 bucks but if you're buying for just yourself it ain't too bad ig. Food great. Service great. Prices are crazy but worth it every once in a while.

I just placed an order in the drive thru, Stephsnie was extremely helpful. I had a ton of questions and she was very patient and clear on her answers. She has a great attitude.
Carls Jr on Mesa and Balboa, you have a fantastic asset in Stephanie, don’t let her go anywhere.
Nourish her, enable her to grow within the company. I haven’t tried the food yet, I’m sure it will be good .

Tried the El Diablo and it was great! Had a family gathering here and the indoor playground AC was out, as well as some lights. What really warranted the 5 star rating was the excellent customer service provided by Adolfo! We had been served by Adolfo several times before tonight and each time he was consistent in being kind, professional, helpful, and patient despite our large party. Thanks again for the great service, Adolfo! Hope to see you again on our next visit! ?
