Extremely slow service! I spent 30 minutes in the drive through for a mobile order!!!!! The inside of the restaurant was not busy. I asked for an Iced Tea and was served sweet tea. I did not want to head back to correct and wait even longer

Have been to this location multiple times over the last few weeks and have had great experience every time. The food is always hot, orders are correct and service was perfect. I had to ask the young lady Ruth behind the counter her name because she has led great service every time. As a restauraunt manager myself for years i appreciate this location and teams great work.

I was the only one in line order 16780342857776. It took 15-20mins for 2 California classics. Never had that before. The service was rude and uncaring. Finally get the food and it's was terrible. Over salted burnt patties. The worst I've ever received from your food chain.

Dining room was closed early, they weren't taking orders thru drive thru speaker so it took longer to get my order with a line. Food took forever to come out. It was litterly only 2 lettuce wrapped burgers.

I drove through for a burger and I was helped by a lady named Amanda. She was wonderful over the intercom. Recommending items and I could hear her smile and energy. Upon meeting her at the window. She was all that. She was enthusiastic to serve, and I drove away with a good feeling. My burger, It was also good, it's delicious. Thank you, Amanda.I wish you the best.

Recently moved to El Paso and tried here for the first time. Hands down loved the Western Burger and find myself coming here sometimes (they also have great deals!).
It's a shadow of what it used to be. They are understaffed so service is slow and orders are never accurate. My last order was missing fries and a hamburger. I also got a custom order for a burger with Santa Fe sauce. There was so much sauce on it was disgusting. Corporate does not seem to care either since you can contact them regarding an experience at this store and they never respond.

The food here is better than most Carl's Jrs in the area. The fries were fresh but the burgers don't taste like they used to taste back in the day. I'm not sure if the meat changed or it's just not as well seasoned as it used to be.

I do not expect much from fast food places outside of food that comes out fast and ACCURATE. Neither were accomplished here. Burger was no where near what I expected (see pictures below) and fries were under cooked and definitely not filled. Don’t understand how they failed so bad but I am glad it was only $13. Good luck everyone else because this place is awful.
