Extremely unfriendly staff. Didn’t even get to finish ordering and was cut off by the employee. Waited at the window for a while, the two employees were just talking and once the cashier finally opened the window for my to pay he was very rude. Never going back

I just went through your drive thru. For 1 the girl was not friendly at all. You can tell she didn’t even want to be there when taking my order. 2. She charges me and all then tells me it’s going to take awhile we are short handed. Well what more can I do you already charged my card. My son is eating his burger and says it taste weird. I use to work at these stores as well years ago and never did it ever cross my mind to give a customer a burned top like this. If the bread came out like this then put a new one. No one was even behind me in drive thru either to even say it is busy. My thing is you know ur making someone’s food and you see the bread burned why give it to someone like that? Would you as a cook or anyone on the register eat this?

From all the Carls Jr’s in El Paso, TX this one is the one with the best service I’ve encountered so far. The staff is prompt and friendly. The facility is clean and the service is fast as it supposed to be! The Carl’s Jr located on McRae is the absolute worst, if you are in the area I recommend driving the extra mile to this one on Lee Trevino instead.
