Carl's Jr used to be an emergency meal when hungry and short on time; After our recent experience with the FREE burger deal, I will never go to this place again. TOTAL scam. UPDATE; I was contacted by Carl's Jr online and I answered their questions regarding the issue. They said, "Management would contact me regarding the issue in an attempt to resolve." NO CONTACT was made. Obviously, Carl's Jr. is doing great and they don't care.

I'd highly recommend getting one of their full size burgers and waffle fries that tasted like curly fries somehow! Even the regular fries are fantastic. Crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. 😍

I order my food and was paid for but because it is me. It does not show up on my activity from my purchase. Just like the hotel it charged me 6 times.

I come to this location pretty often and the food is always fresh. My only gripe is the wait time. I go through the drive through 99% of the time and the wait is outrageous. The employee taking my order today seemed like he was in a rush, would barely let me finish my sentence, and was not very polite. Instant mood ruiner. At least the food is good.

My girlfriend and I had some trouble with their reward app, An employee name Jack at the Airport location , came to assist, we lost the icon noting a free BD ? Burger ?.....he went above and beyond to offer to pay. He insisted, and also adding Happy Birthday ? wish to my girlfriend. Definitely we'll be returning, thank you Jack! ?
