I’ve only use the drive thru but the service is great. I had lost hope of ever getting friendly, polite, fast customer service at a fast food drive thru. But the employees at this Carl’s Jr. are polite fast and professional. Even with an altered order I didn’t get an annoyed response. And the burgers are very good.

Everytime I've came here I've never gotten a receipt, even when I came for a week straight each day not once did I receive my receipt, I hope they aren't being kept to redeem my points I could of been accumulating in the app
Update, as I suspected a week later I started asking for receipts after they would forget to give me my receipts, after I attempted to redeem it had showed it has already been redeemed, I been coming everyday almost for 3 weeks straight and have only received 2 receipts, you know how many points I could have redeemed? Not right very unprofessional

*Update to my original post which was the complete opposite of this one last month, just came here and customer service was phenomenal and food was fresh and tasted great!!! Thank you to who ever was working around 645 pm on 12 OCT! Reminded me of my childhood days going to Carl’s Jr.

Great deals and friendly staff every time I come for a quick bite for lunch.
A long drive and to get a cold burger and fries the second time at 2 different locations!! Seriously for the price of 15 dollars !! Nah never again ! What a disappointment

Ordered the California Classic Double Cheeseburger on the app. My burger was missing everything. It only had cheese, the patty and the bun! Very disappointed!
