I would come to Carl’s Jr AN HOUR BEFORE they close & they intentionally have the lights off. It seems that it’s been occurring more frequently than before. Today, I got off of work later than usual & came at 10:30. The shift leader mentioned they turned off the ovens “30 minutes before closing.” I used to work here & we didn’t do this when I was working. We would turn them off at 11:00PM. Won’t be returning anymore, I’ve lost my patience & respect for this place.

I went through the drive thru tonight & the gentleman with tattoos that was working the window was SO friendly and kind. We need more people like him in this world for sure

Service from drive thru & management was absolutely awful if I could leave no stars I would it's been 15 years since I've had Carl's Jr and my experience was horrible need retraining or close the restaurant

The manager had stated that he keeps the dining area very cold. So nobody wants to stay and they don't have to clean up. I thought that was crazy It made sense why my fries are always cold. It really sucks because they have really good hamburgers. But with only two employees, no wonder why the fries are always cold orders are always wrong. Don't waste your time people if you're on a lunch break.

Nice place to hangout and chill for a bit! Staff is very friendly and service is spot on for weekend a brunch. I love the strawberry shake! It tasted soo good with my burger! Yummy good!Kid-friendliness: Family friendly!

Vegetarian options: Upon ordering, my husband and I received excellent service,my husband ordered a Beyond Meat burger, after he ordered he was amazed when the server asked it he was vegan or vegetarian then followed up by saying what type of cheese if any and do you want mayo or mustard, and then he asked what size i would like, when my husband thanked him, my husband was astounded by the server stating that in their kitchen it's mandatory that the cook is properly informed in order to adhere to diet.

Food was warm but had no flavor.Staff was friendly & apologized for it taking so long to get my burger.
We asked for onion rings as an appetizer. Never got them We got our hamburgers and fries 5 minutes apart. Hamburgers first, then fries, never ask for refills. As our cups were empty,(before we e en got our food), never asked if we needed anything else until I asked her check. Repeatedly asked for to go boxes. Please,on your service. Great food though. V/R
