I mostly like this place, but I can't abide restaurants that block off their restrooms from the public during rush hour, or frankly, any hour of operation at all. Texas has laws such as the Restaurant Bathroom Law. In fact, Texas law goes beyond restaurants to all public businesses. Still, a restaurant doing it is very unacceptable.

Everytime it go thru drive thru there always missing something and I dislike that the over pack everything in 1 bag and that's how the always miss something , other than that the food is great !

This is my first time here at Carl’s Jr and I am disappointed. I ordered 2 burgers and 2 sets of chicken nuggets and they’re forgot one of my burgers. I didn’t discover this until I got home. I’m upset because this was not a cheep fast food burger. I will not be returning

We decided to try breakfast at this location. We ordered 4 Ghost Breakfast Burgers. We got jalapeño and cheese burgers, no OJ and no hash browns. Didn't warn us before the order was placed or when placing the order. Just threw whatever they had left over together and here you go. It was a to go order so we didn't find our surprise until we opened our food. Now I'm getting all sorts of salty ness and attitude from my coworkers. Thanks. Never again.

I went to the store and went inside nobody came to the counter. So I wasted time going through the drive thru. Person that answered was kind of rude almost like I was being a bother. I was on my lunch break the order was incorrect and the drink (coke) tasted flat. I will not waste another break going there even though it is the closest to my job. Very unsatisfied with the food and service.
The manager on duty took my order. She was very professional and patient with my little one as he decided on what to eat. She recommended something for me and it was delicious!! It was a small burger but perfect for my appetite! This is my to go to Carl's Jr. The staff are always friendly ♥️

I shouldn’t have to show up at a certain time to know my food will be done right there today to get a double cheeseburger combo and ended up with a single and overcooked fries and when I told the employee I was told that the fries were something new that they were trying out and the burger was ordered as a single but once I showed my receipt and a picture of a past meal, I had suddenly things want to change. I feel as if that’s very imperfect with no consideration for the customers.

Terrible food. I've gotten some quality food from Carl's Jr. in the past, but not this location. Drive thru was very slow. The breakfast food tasted like it was cooked in really old grease. Just a bad experience. Will not go back.
