Seriously if I could give this establishment a 0 I sure would. I ordered my breakfast and the food was nasty. I seen the cook put the biscuits in the microwave she ran out of sausage and I seen her seop the sausage in the fryer. Carl's use to be my favorite breakfast but not anymore the bathroom smells like sewage, it smells like nasty old grease. The service I received from the manager was horrible she was rude and she seen the way the cook was making my food. I will never go to Carl's Jr again. I have been there in the evenings as well and your staff is so rude, instead of taking care of customers they are on their phones, playing around, there has been a lot of cursing. Really the upper management needs to figure out the problem. We loved the last opening manager you had she was kind and considerate always asked if we would like jelly with our biscuit. I miss the friendliness from that manager too bad you let that one get away.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Terrible service, 30 minutes for 2 burgers. The place smells bad. I could see how they grabbed my bread without even using gloves. I also saw how they put it in the microwave. The employees are moody, without empathy for waiting so long. 0 Stars.

I am a coffee ☕ drinker and hated their coffee ☕. I couldn't drink it. Asked for hot tea but they don't offer any, so I asked for an iced tea and the lady offered small cups instead of a large cup. Also it was freezing inside. The breakfast biscuits were okay. Nothing to write home ? about, except for the horrible coffee ☕. Wish we would have found their competitors Mc Donald's. They have good coffee ☕.

I went through the drive-thru today to get a California burger. When I got back to work I saw that the bun had mold. They don't have the fried zucchini anymore but it's still on the drive-thru menu. Really disappointed in the quality of the food.
