With only two cars in front of me at the drive thru, I ordered one burger with fries and a coke. It took 30 MINUTES before I got my food at the window. No apology, not friendly. I just read some of the other reviews (should've done that before coming here) I don't know what the hell is going on at this location.

There was NOBODY in the drive thru line or in the lobby. I waited for my order to be taken for nearly 6 minutes, then I got to the window and nobody was there for 10 minutes. I only ordered two sandwiches. Idk what’s wrong with this location but the service was so slow.

For starters they have some guy who obviously hates his job at the register! He's rude and you have to almost beg him to answer you if you ask him something! But that's not the worse part! I thought it was just me, but my whole family got sick from eating here! Horrible experience from coming in to obviously after leaving!

I came in trying to redeem this offer I was told by the cashier I could only redeem a a jr burger when the app clearly has several options. Also me and my fiancé had originally come through the drive thru we waited for a while and no one answered.

Google maps and the hour poster outside both said this location was open at 6AM. Rn it's 6:34 and the doors are still locked, and a car has been parked in the drive thru for 30 minutes. This place got to have the worst customer service I've seen. Don't even say your restaurant is open at a certain time if y'all can't come in earlier and prep. I had myself waiting outside for minutes looking like a fool and still got denied service.
