Carl's Jr is absolutely good especially breakfast. They always make food fresh.... ALWAYS. The customer service is another reason I eat there as well.

Walked in at 9:47. Store was empty except for 2 men leaving as I entered. Nobody wait g at the drive thru. Nobody was at the counter for two minutes until the lady saw me take pictures. Then she stepped out to take my order. Got my coffee and had to wait for sausage and tater tots to be made. Left at 9;59. Bit give and tots all over the bag. The tot container was not secured.

I went through the drive-thru for a quick meal before taking the kids trick-or-treating, thinking a burger would be fast and easy. Unfortunately, it took over 25 minutes to get my order, even though there were only two cars ahead of me. When I finally got my food, everything was cold. I had ordered loaded fries, but the cheese was dried up, and the fries were soggy and unappetizing. Overall, the service was extremely slow, and the food was disappointing. I expected much better.

I ordered in the drive thru and it was close to 1am. No one else in the drive thru and only a couple ppl inside the restaurant. My order took 15-20 min and when I got the order I checked the fries and they weren't even warm to the touch. Completely unacceptable and lazy of the fry cook who didn't look like he even wanted to be there. I honestly wish I could have made him eat the fries or shove em up a different hole of his. That cook really needs to lose his job, if u can't even get fries right there's no hope for u in life. So rude and the girl at the counter didn't seem to care much either. Terrible, lazy, inconsiderate, and rude. Never coming back here. Don't waster your money, go to a different location.
