Carnitas Querétaro Mexican Restaurant

Called 10 minutes prior to arriving asked if there was carnitas available they said yes; 30 minutes after they take our order waitress says there’s no more carnitas but pushes substitutions. Thanks for the waste of 40 minutes and $7 for drinks; hope it was worth the bad review

At the recommendation of my server, I tried the enchiladas suizas, and they were truly amazing. Also, the charro beans were some of the best I’d had in a long long time, and their salsa was perfect! The restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Great place to enjoy a wonderful meal and just be happy. ?

Parking: Probably limited of it’s busy but there is enough on hand.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly all the way.

Great experience dine in at Dine Inn. Ordered an Enchiladas Suiza's my main entree, it was good. Ordered BrewTus Dos Equis Beer A+ Overall Great Food, Excellent Customer Service, Great Atmosphere and Very Friendly Staff. Great place to go recommend this all families, couples and great gatherings. Good job keeping the tradition Zulem and Rafa Bordier, will definitely go back soon!!

Visiting from out of town and this place was recommended. Got pancakes and they were not edible. After the terrible pancakes, the service was terrible. No refills and waited 20 minutes for the waitress to come by so we can pay. Truly disappointing

Excellent place to bring your family for great food at a reasonable price. Carnitas and other meats were savory and the guayaba cheesecake was delicious.

Food was good but the booths were extremely worn out and the bathroom was very dirty. The waiter wasn't very attentive.

I waited thetr for 5 minutes and nobody on the wsit staff asked me if I was ready to order...they did not offer me a drink
.. thete were 4 ladies there but they were too busy talking......Very poor service so I left

The food is super good and the plates are big so if you order a small soup and other things you will need to ask for a take out box?
The waitress was a little bit lost and she forgot 2 of the things that we ask but in general service was OK
The place is nice but I'll recommend to have a Little bit more of ventilation ?

Literally sitting here as I write this. Awful experience! Overstaffed this morning and we tried flagging several of the ppl at the bar 3 feet from us to help us and they rolled their eyes and walked away. I had hot steaming menudo poured on me and burn my sleeveless arm and leg (wearing shorts)! Got up to go try to wash my shirt! No manager was reported of this and I can not locate one. However the waitress was apologetic.

Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Horrible experience!

I located a manager by the name of Brenda and explained our experiences with her in more detail. She seemed to be very engaged, receptive and understanding of this and assures it would be addressed.
