Carnitas Queretaro never disappoints. I had the lamb birria, and my guest enjoyed the beef birria—both were rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The service was outstanding, attentive without being overbearing, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.
What I love most is the consistency—the menu remains a happy constant, always delivering that authentic taste of central Mexico. Their selection of Casa Madero wines and savory tequilas pairs beautifully with every dish.
It’s no wonder this continues to be my go-to spot for great food, excellent service, and an atmosphere that feels both familiar and refined

Without a doubt this is one of my favorite restaurants! I come here every time a come to visit from Dallas. The chipotle chilaquiles wirh chicken and beans are a must have. Also I suggest the carnitas, they are juicy, tasty and they have homemade tortillas. Better yet, the food is at a good price point and they serve fast.
