It's the first time I've been to this place. The carnitas are delicious. The tacos are very well served. The handmade tortillas are delicious. I will return and try more of the menu.

I really wanted to love this place, but I just couldn’t get over the smell…It’s time for the dinnerware to be updated. I don’t know if it was the wooden tray that my fajitas came on, or the wooden bowl that our 6 tortilla chips were served in, or the old wicker basket that was used for our tortillas, or even the cracked and flattened booth seats. But. Something smelled so strong of dirt/mildew and it ruined dinner for me. This place has potential but the cleanliness of the stuff touching our food was a giant concern. At a restaurant, i should be able to smell good food! It should not smell like I’m eating off of plates that just came straight from Goodwill. The cleanliness is very questionable. Our waitress was so kind but that’s the only good thing I can say. Super disappointed.

To the owner, you have a great location and there is no reason you shouldn't be full of customers from open to closing. Chips are the first thing customers encounter. It sets the tone for the rest of the meal. Mine were so hard and stale they could do internal injuries if not well chewed, except that your mouth takes the beating instead. Thats mostly because you leave them out on the counter in little bowls and big bins where they absorb moisture all day makeing the aready low quality chips tougher and chewyer than they already are. Im not trying to be negative here. You do many things very right. Your hot sauce is perfect. My crispy tacos were excellent. Sweet tea impresive as well in a big mason jar with lime. All excellent. Just consider putting a new and more eye catching and attractive paint job on the roof section outside. Train your staff/family to exude just a bit more service professionalism (they were very friendly) but give them tips about what to say and what "the house" feels are your best dishes. And for Gods sake do something with those abysmal chips. Paying a couple dollars more doesn't kill me. But those chips almost did. Haha. You could even make it your mission to have the best chips in town and use that to raise your reputation up. You have the location and 98% of the right ingredients for a great restaurant. Im rating you a 5 to give you a lift because your food is good and you deserve the chance make changes to do well. Your just missing a few golden opportunities to really shine. Quality is always about the little things.

Worst torta I've ever had. Bottom bread was completely soaking wet and disintegrated. The flavor Tasted like American food and not Mexican food.

I had breakfast - steak and eggs. The steak was really good. But the scrambled eggs were overcooked a bit and there was a piece of shell in it. The potatoes that came with it were undercooked. And the flour tortilla was really good. I also got a potato and chorizo burrito to go which I ate later for dinner, it was good. Might have just been a bad start to the day for the chef but I will try them again.
Ordered a pozole to go and when I got home and started preparing my pozole I found a garlic head. Unacceptable, I know none of them would like to see that in their food so y serve that to someone?

70 dollars for four tortas. We ordered carnitas which didn’t have much flavor and the staff wasn’t very attentive. our agua de horchata tasted like soap and the waiter had to change one of our cups cause it was dirty, when we asked for anything waiter looked like he was in a bad mood. Overall very disappointing this will be our first and last time here

I’m so disappointed that after so many years of patronage I was told by the Owner to abstain from coming if I didn’t like the entertainment. I find it absolutely tasteless and inappropriate to play Hip Hop music and video containing sexual content and violence in a place promoted as a family oriented establishment. I will not only make this my last visit but will stop recommending to my community.
