I love taking my friends to Casa Pantera. We went for my birthday this past week and we had amazing service, the drinks were great, everything on the menu was so delicious and they helped make my birthday feel special! This place never disappoints! I love the ambience of the restaurant it always reminds me of being in Mexico City! Highly recommend and recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

Entrees, Appetizers and drinks are very good! The place has a really cool vibe… however the sides are not great… sides are usually around $18, they don’t come with the entree. It was a very nice experience, but I would not come back.

Casa Pantera was absolutely fantastic! Best dining experience I have had in a El Paso, from the food to the service. I know they were many mixed reviews in the beginning stages of this restaurant, but I believe they have worked really hard to work out the kinks and provide, a beautiful dining experience that is both new and familiar to the local pallet. Showcasing Oaxacan flavors in food, drinks, and dessert… smokey, spicy, aromatic. I would’ve loved to have taken more photos, but I will say it was quite dark on the inside during the evening but of course this is great for a date night and more intimate setting. You can appreciate the beautiful decor, both inside and outside, next time, I would love to make a reservation for a daytime alfresco experience. I am so happy to see this part of Central El Paso, growing and thriving with local business owners that I have invested in the area over the years.
Nick was an excellent host and provided us with outstanding service. His knowledge and command of the menu, personality, and exceptionally high level of service greatly impressed our guest and made for a memorable experience.

Small tables in cramped space.Light was only asmall lamp on each of the tables.Music was very loud felt more like a club.Bone marrow was good.Drinks $16+ stuffed with ice so very little drink.Total for 2 people was over $220 plus a card fee for appetizer two mains and two drinks.

It's a nice location with interesting decor. The music is a bit loud and it feels a bit cramped. Requested an indoor table with the reservation and we were seated halfway outside. No big deal.The bone marrow was the best thing we had. The rest of the food and drinks were just OK, but not worth over $100 per person. Overall this place seems to be more of the new hip hangout spot to take instagram pictures than a fine dining restaurant.

Very pricey but nice atmosphere. When making reservations you can't specify whether outdoor sitting or indoor seating info and there's no telephone to call ahead of time to indicate a special occasion. We were celebrating a special birthday and wanted it to be a surprise but when we got there we had to tell the hostess in front of the person who we were "surprising". Also they had put us down for outdoor sitting but we wanted indoor, so had to wait 30 minutes even though we had made reservations. The "honoree" was not pleased.

It was our first visit but won't be our last. Service was fabulous and food was delicious. The filet was cooked to perfection and I loved their brussel sprouts. Cocktails were well made. Overall a great experience
The front door, staff that greeted us to our table was amazing! The ambiance was Anazing for each section of the restaraunt had its own vibe! Drinks and food were great! Our Server was part of the experience! Overall it was a 10

The food and service was outstanding! Nice ambiance. It is a little pricey but food and drinks make up for it, ask for the suadero plate. Don't sit in the back near the kitchen as it's pretty noisy. Overall I would return.

Been there many times and had good experiences that's why I keep going. But last night that we went I ordered a New York steak which is over $60, and half of it was fat and nerve. Told our waitress and she saw it and agreed it was bad. She Took it to the back and they told her it was fine. She brought it back to me and said they couldn't do anything about it. She said she could give us two free shots on her. That was funny ... I never complain but this was the worse. We love this restaurant and have been taking friends and family but with this experience I don't think we will anymore. I expected at least for the manager to come say something but apparently they didn't care. As a business owner customers come first. Wish I should've taken a photo of it
Dinner with a couple of friends with my daughter. I able to make reservations same day which was wonderful as it was challenging in past months. Absolutely everything was wonderful! It is always a transformative experience. We ordered apps & some sides (tapas like) to taste lots of flavors. Nick our waiter was SO knowledgable about each entree & made great recommendations. The manager came over several times to check in to make sure our experience was high level. I love Casa Pantera, we are lucky to have such a wonderful restaurant!
