10/10 Would gatekeep if it wasn’t already popular. Wonderful & lovely service, fast, really good food. The only problem is they run out of stuff if you don’t go early enough, some days are better than others. My go to spot for barbacoa burritos and horchata when they have it.
Servers were friendly, courteous and would explain ingredients to customers. Cashier was not. The location is nice, has a large selection of burrito fillings and a wall of beverages to pick from. Those are the positives --Here's the negatives. The asado burrito I ordered had rock-hard pieces of pork. HOW? While in the dining area, a group of women came in through the front door with a delivery of pre-made chiles rellenos and buche. -Yikes. This place might work for some people...
Sometimes the burritos are pretty good, but the cashier is a B, and they charge you 3$ for an empty cup to out your 4$ medio Litro de Coca in! The señoras who make the burritos are very nice and do a great job. It's just the young girl cashiers who act like they don't want to be there. Do yourself a favor if you want quality food and good service and stay away from the one on Mesa! Go to the one on Doniphan! The one on Mesa nickels and dimes you for everything for sub...
