Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

My experience at this Charley’s was pretty poor. Every other Charley’s I’ve been to I have received great food and good service; however, today our sandwiches had barely any ingredients and one worker gave me sarcastic attitude. So I’d say this place sucks.

Although my food was delivered quickly, I thought it could have been better! The sandwich was a generous portion size (I ordered the large), but I didn't see any mayo, and it just lacked flavor. I did add my own dressing, and everything tasted fine. The price is a little steep, but what isn't these days. I will give them another try, but I was disappointed this time.

Hello, I come to this restaurant often & recently my orders have not been right at all. I’ve ordered the Old School Cheesesteak the past 2 times and it hasn’t been made properly at all either times. I just hope this gets fixed soon because whatever I’ve been receiving is just disgusting.

The meanest staff ever. They have the TV volume all the way up and get mad at you for not hearing what they’re saying the first time. The girls working there mean mug you like they don’t look like they’re on crack.

The cashier didn't even give me my change. I even stood there waiting and he said to go wait for my number to be called. That's messed up man. This place is horrible. I guess they make more money by keeping people's change.

First, I love Charlie's, but here lately my sandwiches have been made really sloppy. I usually get
my lg buffalo sandwich, the sauce is more all over the wrapping instead of my sandwich. I don't mind waiting for a well made sandwich.

These sandwiches are pretty awesome, and loaded fries. Customer service from Adrian went above and beyond, friendly and helpful, and the flavors lemonades are so good.

When in this place not knowing what I wanted at the moment. A young man there by the name Adrian recommend the Philly with extra ingredients other than the normal and called the Adrian special. Worth IT!

I came here for the first time because I heard from a friend and everything was so great! The food was really and service was great, Angel did an amazing job, very helpful and very nice. Since it was my first time I didn’t exactly know what to get, but he recommended the Bacon 3 Cheesesteak and it was honestly really good! Highly recommended! Will definitely come back!
