I’m surprised, this is my second time coming to this place and I’m so disappointed. I spent around $50 and the sandwiches barely had any meat or chicken. I ordered large bacon and cheese fries and got little to no cheese and bacon. The guy told us they run out of cheese and bacon but didn’t bother telling me before I order them. The first time being there was so good but now it was a bad experience. 😔

Ordered the bacon 3 cheesesteak. The steak was way too salty , it wasnt edible. Someone went overboard with the salt. Had to throw it away.

Soda machine was not working only had lemonade and tea available, ran out of cheese and bacon, and sandwiches made poorly with little to no toppings. The picture attached is what they gave me as large cheese and bacon fries.

I loved charley’s they never disappointed me until now. I ordered a Chicken California Cheesesteak with added grilled jalapeños, this is the first time the sandwich was DRY, very little amount of chicken and they forgot to add the grilled jalapeños… Then we ordered a LARGE cheese and bacon fries and there was a little splatter of cheese and barely any bacon on the fries. We were so disappointed, I asked them to add more cheese and all they said was that they ran out but we got there 6:30pm, two hours and a half before closing… it would’ve been nice to know before paying. The staff was nice and understanding but this was all just ridiculous, i don’t know if it’s the staff but Charley’s was never like this before…. so sad :(
