I ordered the bacon 3 cheese, no where on the menu does it say it comes with lettuce and tomato but it did and when I questioned it he said that in another hand written sign in small print that it comes with lettuce and tomato...and it only had one cheeseđ I asked why? They said I only ordered the small sandwich so I only got part of the sandwich? It's at the mall, super busy and they have a take it or leave it attitude! Definitely won't eat here again

Went to order something at 7:40 and they were closed. They close at 8. I understand everyone wants to go home but if you close at 8 you shouldnât start closing and cleaning till 8. Make that money until 8. He turned my family and i and an other family behind us. Money lost. Update: never got a reply n ver got a response. Just goes to show how much they value the reviews.

Bad service i ask no cheese all the time and they always mess up my order. Then they give me my order with no fries and no plate to go and also extra tomato and pickles and put way too little. Bad service.

You have to go to this place, all their phillys are very good, you have chicken meat but in a variety of combinations, what would you really like? I went to the one located in Cielo Vista and the flavor is prepared at the moment, the meat is super soft with A great flavor but the original, the meat is super delicious with everything that a Philly bell pepper, onion, etc. should have, plus its lettuce, tomato and cheese, a lot of cheese with its toppings, I really enjoyed every bite, the potatoes were very delicious, those thick cut potatoes are delicious, they are economical From my point of view and they serve super fast, I want to go back and order something else, I'll let you know.

The food service was ungodly the guy showed an attitude when I went to provide payment he said and I quote âhurry up thereâs people behind youâ I felt disrespected.after a very long 20 minutes my unappetizing and hair induced food, a long black hair perturbed my taste buds and ruined the experience.they were very angered and unwilling to do their job, even when faced with complaints they retained the atrocious attitude from before.Overall a very upsetting 15$ experience.

The workers were unwilling and ungenerous with giving condiments, especially with ranch; in fact, my acquaintance received less than half a cup of ranch. When we politely asked for more, we were charged with 65 cents more for a single, lacking cup of ranch.

I ordered through door dash & called to ask for no veggies due to an allergy in the past.. it took forever to answer & once I finally was answered I explained my request they said no & hung up on me I call back talk to angel & he was much more help although When he asked his manger kaeil I believe , for a request of half chicken half steak she said no you can only do it in person although I ordered the exact same thing I do in person.. poor management etiquette. The food is so good the workers are just so unprofessional.

They are inconsistent with all the ingredient portions. I have eaten Philly Cheesesteaks in the north east and these cheese steaks are lacking in vegetable ingredients sometimes I get less beef, once I only got a teaspoon of cheese and another time they forgot the mushrooms. Can corporate please reeducate?
