I asked for fries with no salt, the manager made an upset face, sadly all his employees are watching him. I told him excuse me you should be careful that your customers are not seeing the faces you are making at them. He did not once turned to address me or to apologize. I asked for his name and for a manager and to my sad surprise, he was the manager. I asked for his name the young girl was very hesitant so I'm not sure if it was his real name. But Sergio if it is his name, you don't know what kind of day people are having, and if today was a bad day for me your actions made it worst. Very sad!

I try to be fair in my reviews because I can appreciate how much these reviews can affect businesses, but I have to say this place is overpriced for what you're getting. I've tried two different locations and they both left me disappointed. The philly cheese steak was not great and the cheese bacon fries were not impressive. The cheese was just some lame cheese sauce that you could probably get out of a can. If the prices were lower I could give 3 stars, but paying close to 20 dollars per person is just not worth it for what you get.
