Service was very slow. When our food did arrive, there were items missing. Drinks and to go bags were also delayed.

We met with my sister-girlfriend's nephew and his wife for dinner. The servers were attentive, large selection different dishes = something for everyone, wait time was reasonable - it was pretty full, food was good and hot, portions were big enough fir me to enjoy the rest of my salmon and rice. My bestie munched on her cornmeal fried fish, baked potato and beans and rice for breakfast and lunch...all-in-all, we had a very enjoyable time catching up with family over a delicious meal. Everything was so good, we only took one picture at the end...well, the server took a picture so we could share with the rest of the fam.

We ordered steak with vegetables and a salmon with vegetables. The steak was chewy and you could taste the blood. It tasted like liver. We ordered the steak well done. We did not return because we had ordered the food to go since we live out of town. The other food items were well cooked.

This is always our go to spot but today was a let down. Ordered a chicken pot pie for delivery. And absolutely not what I was looking forward to. My chicken pot pie was made like, probably without the gravy or something cuz it was definitely not what I’m used to. Smh

Chris was our waiter and the Other Chris was also helping out, two super cool guys that know about Customer Service. Thanks guys, the food is always great and the restaurant is clean, well ran and organized. Thanks to Tonya the Manager- she rocks!!!

There was a smell (not a good smell), to the place. The place had just opened and the floor was not clean, at all! There was a hairball, right next to our booth!

Me & hubs wanted to check out Cheddars. So we did a lunch/dinner date. Our server was Stephanie and she was the sweetest gal and the best server. Our food and portion sizes were bomb! Thanks once again for the great service Stephanie.

The Caesar pasta salad is always good, I’m just confused as to why the guy working curbside yesterday brought my order to the passenger window when no one was sitting on that side. 🫠

We (a group of 5) cafe in asking how long the wait is and the host told us 20 minutes. So we waited for a table which turned into an hour. Then when we’d ask the host and she apologized because they gave our table to someone else.. this happened twice.. then when we finally sat down it took 20 minutes for someone to come and take our drink which we wouldn’t get for another 20 minutes.. the food is ok. It’s along the lines of Applebees and chilies. We definitely won’t be back.

Excellent service! Our waiter was Alejandro, and he provided the most wonderful dining experience my family and I have had in a while. With recent graduations and birthdays we've been to many restaraunts, and the service we received today blew them all out of the water. We never had to ask for refills, he brought us extra chips when we ran out for our spinach dip, salsa and queso, and our entrès were timely and delicious! We hardly eat at Cheddars, but because of our wonderful experience today, we all agreed this will definitely become a staple for future family gatherings! Thank you Alejandro, for making my mother's birthday lunch a special one!
