For the 1st time ever, I was called "Bro" by a server.

The shrimp and tender plate was mine, I thought everything was cooked well. Only thing the broccoli and cheese had an off putting taste and seems a bit processed. My friend got the country fried steak and although the mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, he did not like the country fried stake at all. He said it was more like ground beef than a stake. We’re not sure if it was a stake. Also it was drenched in such thick breading.

Honestly the service was ok the food was bleh. I'm not sure what's happening to cheddars it's either the foh staff just don't care or inefficient management. Definitely room for improvement
The chicken tenders were not cooked thoroughly and I asked for extra butter and no cheese and no sour cream. I got less than teaspoon of butter and the ranch dipping sauce was only enough for 2 tenders.... why are they stingy with the butter and sauce. No butter for the roll. I used to get 2 rolls with dinner platter and now you get one with no butter.

A very nice place. The service is excellent, the lady who served us was very friendly. The food is classic American. The price is worth it. I recommend it to you.

My first time with it. Friendly service and food was on time but it didn't taste as good as anything from a grocery store - A Marie Callander Chicken pot pie frozen job from Walmart tastes better for less then 4 bucks - I paid almost 3 times that much for this pile a crap - I skipped the bar as it didn't look any better - I am done with this place
We were seated at 9pm on a Wednesday (closing was 10pm) and we didn’t have a waiter for 10 minutes and then halfway thru our dinner they started cleaning the restaurant around us 20 minutes before they closed. Do not recommend going here within an hour of closing.

Cheddars is a classic place where I already know what I'm going to order before we even sit down because the experience and food is something you can rely on. (Btw: Grilled salmon with French fries and Broccoli Cheese Casserole)

Our server was great but the food not so much. Ordered the ribeye steak rare. it was very dry and a bit tough to chew. My wife ordered the country fried steak and there was so much breading it was hard to find the steak at all. She couldn't even eat it. My daughter had the half rack of ribs and again just to dry. Very disappointed with the food and for the price it has horrible. $150 bucks wasted

Awesome place 2 njoy a hearty lunch meal. Svc was very accommodating. Svc was a bit slow, but very courteous. Provided all that a person may need b4 the customers had 2 ask them. Food proportions were rather well laid out.
Parking: Xcellent entrance/ exit doors accommodating wheelchairs. I hav recommended this location 2 all my family and friends, due 2 the fact it's easy 2 get in and out. The pricing is pretty decent, and the svc and mgt r r continually chking w/ the customers 2 find out if they r in need of anything.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance/ exit doors r very well stated 4 anyone who may need 2 use them.

They tried to give me and my family seating in the far back corner of the whole building and it was hot there. We asked to move elsewhere. Ribs were dry and the broccoli and cheese casserole was salty as hell. Worst experience ever at a cheddars. Won’t be back.

The salmon was dry, and the devices for the orders for our table was switched with another table. So, they inadvertently charged someone else for our food, and it was about $10 more than what the other family should have paid.

We went in to have a quick lunch. Got seated right away waitress was pleasant. But when the entrees came the steak was cooked raw twice even after the re heat they comped the coffees but the manager on duty at the time seemed to be frustrated that we didn't like how the steak was cooked it seemed like a huge bother. We will not be coming to this location ever again. Waitress made the place bearable. But overall experience from management to food was sub par.
