I’m not exaggerating when I say We literally waited 2.5 hours for sub-par burgers and terrible service. We waited for that long and the food wasn’t even hot. the wait staff and “management” gave the WORST service I have ever experienced. The waitress was rude and dismissive. We asked for things that were not brought to us at all and when we reminded her, not a single apology. I asked to speak to the manager and they brought a random man from the kitchen claiming to be the manager. I let him know about our concerns and he said “okay, and?” WORST PLACE EVER!!! When we brought up the fact that concerns were not being acknowledged, all the staff came to our table and laughed at us!!! Will NEVER come back here. Please save your money and skip this place.

had such a great experience here! Our waitress was absolutely amazing patient, kind, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. alexa made us feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the meal. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the restaurant is deaf-friendly as soon as she saw us signing she was quick and react to our needs it’s so refreshing to see a place that’s inclusive and thoughtful about accessibility. On top of that, the food was delicious! Everything came out fresh and beautifully presented. Overall, I left impressed and happy. Great food, great atmosphere, and truly outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came here recently and while the food was decent and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, what really made the experience stand out was our waitress. She was absolutely amazing alexa was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond for her guests. Honestly, I’d come back just for her service alone. She definitely deserves recognition (and a raise!). Servers like her make all the difference.

had the bbq burger and fries with the lemonade cucumber drink everything was delicious the burger was huge ... the waiter was extremely nice was very thorough on explaining the menu since it was my first time it was a great experience will be visiting again

Guacamole burger with the Chelito salsa, is the best. Always craving the Chelito fries. Buuuuut there elote dip is súper delicioso. What Can I say , everything is so good and freshly made. Freshhh limande-cucumber every daaaay !! Morning service is always the best 😀
