The employees are always so rude at this location. They act as if we students are below them. They are easily annoyed and if you go any time in between the busy times you are getting stale food.

I do not know if I was just that hungry or if the sandwich was that good but the grilled chicken sandwich really hit the spot. They do not take cards at the register, you have to use the Grub Hub kiosk. This restaurant is in a cozy spacious joint food court on UTEP's campus.

Food safety concern—I observed what appeared to be a manager eating while helping assemble my order. This was concerning to me, due to the risk of spreading germs.

Went in today to get in a quick meal, however was informed that they didn’t have readily available regular chicken sandwiches,However this was made up for by the excellent Customer Service provided by Victoria.Victoria offered to get me a spicy chicken sandwich and it came out delicious, she even offered me a complimentary drink!Love this place and the customer service provided, will be returning.
Worst Chick-fil-A ever! Staff are rude, overcharge or charge wrong, and refused to serve me breakfast (or even any food) 10 minutes before 10:30!
