I placed a takeout order for my family of four, and while I was initially frustrated by the strict limit on sauces, I let it go. But what happened next was beyond unacceptable. I grabbed some napkins and put them in my bag. Jairo had the audacity to reach into my bag, snatch them away, and scold me like a child, telling me I couldn’t take that many. Shocked and insulted, I immediately returned my entire order and demanded to speak with the manager. But even then, I wasn’t convinced I was speaking to someone with any real authority. The sheer disrespect was staggering. Never again will I dine or order from this place.

manager was incredibly rude ! can’t remember a name, but she was blonde lol however, i asked nicely for ketchup and she said i was only allowed two sauces. which were already paid for ! i offered to pay for the ketchup and she rolled her eyes and tossed the ketchup in my hand. never ever had an issue with asking for sauces until now. rude as hell, all over ketchup ??? wild.

They need to organize and do things better. As a worker, I have a limited amount of time for a break, so I set up my order as PICK UP on the app.
They marked it as READY, I go to pick it up for my lunch, and it’s not ready. I end up having to wait 15+ minutes, by then my lunch was over and they had the audacity to get mad about me asking for a refund.
They only marked it ready for their numbers.

Visiting a place like this without a shopping center and having to eat at dirty tables is unpleasant. They don't have enough employees or income for employees to clean the tables. We changed tables and the other one was just as dirty.

I ordered salad and original chicken sandwich and I really liked it. It's nothing out of this world but it's rich. The service was very fast and the restaurant was more or less full.
For the 2 kids meal, there were no fries so that was great. Then when the kids were eating there chicken nuggets, one of the nuggets was completely burnt. Check the foods.

I had a bad Incident at this Chick fil A. I had ordered the Delax sandwich and I got everything but the chicken in my bread. I called them spoke to the then manager and he said I could get another one but they wouldn't deliver it. He was just rude and very unprofessional. I won't eat their again.
