jairo was my cashier he was very unhelpful , his attitude was disgusting. He refused to give me the amount of sauce stated on the receipt. I asked the person who took my order for a large water with my order and he still gave me a medium when i told him he said he would have to up charge me but i specifically ordered a large meal. He had no enthusiasm nor motivation to help me or my partner i hope i do not run into hairo again

I normally do not do this, however my experience at Chic-Fil-A today was horrible! There were two different orders placed and my mobile order that was placed by my manager Grace. I waited an hour for the food and the food was cold. Every time I asked for an update on the food it was a different excuse every time. And the Manager Mr. Martinez was not very nice, there was no sense of urgency. My first order I ordered there and got with no problem. It was busy and I get that but waiting for an hour and getting different responses to why the food is not ready is totally unacceptable. Not to mention they gave us the wrong order as well even after waiting so long. There was no commendations what so ever!

She made my little girl stop eating her fries, to give them back, to correct my order. As I walk away she starts yelling at me for some odd reason, for saying ( This will be a fun Google review). Me and my mother had visited the Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, Texas on the way home to Arizona and we stopped by at the chick fil an inside for lunch. We were greeted so kindly by Aldo, a friendly team member who took our order efficiently and kindly at the front counter. He had AMAZING customer service and kindness and he is a good representative of a noble worker. Thank you Aldo for going above and beyond to serve guests. You are AMAZING. Keep smiling. You are always appreciated by the world.

I placed a takeout order for my family of four, and while I was initially frustrated by the strict limit on sauces, I let it go. But what happened next was beyond unacceptable. I grabbed some napkins and put them in my bag. Jairo had the audacity to reach into my bag, snatch them away, and scold me like a child, telling me I couldn’t take that many. Shocked and insulted, I immediately returned my entire order and demanded to speak with the manager. But even then, I wasn’t convinced I was speaking to someone with any real authority. The sheer disrespect was staggering. Never again will I dine or order from this place.

manager was incredibly rude ! can’t remember a name, but she was blonde lol however, i asked nicely for ketchup and she said i was only allowed two sauces. which were already paid for ! i offered to pay for the ketchup and she rolled her eyes and tossed the ketchup in my hand. never ever had an issue with asking for sauces until now. rude as hell, all over ketchup ??? wild.
