The Chick-fil-A on North Hills is hands down one of the best fast food spots in El Paso. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious whether it’s the classic chicken sandwich, the perfectly crispy waffle fries, or their underrated breakfast menu. You can really taste the quality in every bite. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the exceptional service. The staff is consistently polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. Even during busy hours, they keep the line moving and never compromise on friendliness. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality in fast food these days. The restaurant is also spotless and has a clean dining area, well-maintained bathroom. It’s clear they take pride in every detail. I want to say other chick fil A’s have professional staff and super friendly but her at this chick fil A I noticed that there is a terrible supervisor staffing I witnessed today and this manager Carrie is super rude and likes belittling her staff and and rolls her eyes when people talk to her, either it’s staff or customers I wish I had a number to call to report this individual because on top of that my order was all wrong and she claimed to be the top management and the only one I can talk to about her rudeness. Happened in the morning .
