I spent 10 mins taking to a really nice chikfila employee, trying to help me figure out how to report 12$ of a 6 pack of cookies that didn’t come in my door dash order, she then promoted me to door dash app, couldn’t find my order, to then suggesting I call the chikfila 1 phone number, only a busy family orders chikfila delivery, but after this incident due to a system that doesn’t guarantee a complete delivery or money back, we will not be ordering, lesson learned.

Missing food items.. extremely disappointed never do delivery because they always missing something and then I have to drive back to go get so inconvenient. It’s delivery for a reason. Was told I’d get a refund and still waiting never going back.. too many changes were given it just get worse and worse

I normally have a very pleasant experience at chic fil a my niece actually didn't want to go there but I wanted to so we went, she had a gift card she wanted to clear out she had a few dollars in there and told the employee she'd use it and pay the rest on her normal card. He made a very snarky remark. With rude attitude saying "You only have x amount in there??" Like if it was any of his business instead of doing his job as a fast food employee and taking her payment. I found it was very rude and UNNECESSARY. Considering she just wanted to be nice and treat her aunt. Shes so innocent she didn't notice but I did ask to speak to management and I hope it's addressed.

I'm unsure if there have been recent changes in management or staff, but my experiences with this location have been inconsistent lately. Items on the menu have been unavailable, food has arrived cold due to wait times, the restaurant has closed early(20mins before, and on occasion, parts of my order have been missing. For example, I recently ordered a southwest chicken salad and the chicken was missing. Chick-fil-A does have good service. Just not this location!
Such a clean and cozy Chick-fil-A! Jake was so kind and personable when he took our order :^) everyone was super helpful and the food was great. Highly recommend!
Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes with no answer from staff, was made to go to the front and waited even more time . I’m infuriated!!!
