Disappointed with the Chicken Deluxe the bread and chicken were very smaller portions It looked like a mini chicken sandwich. Portions are reduced not the price! Will not be ordering sandwich again. Sylvia C

Tried to go for lunch today. Lines backed up. The right side was moving, the left wasn’t. The lady that was taking orders walked in with a line still there. Service has been going down at this location. I ended up backing out and leaving.

Fries, Chicken tenders, and the chicken nuggets where both dry. Service was Meh but Eastlake Chick-fil-A is better. The food here was to cooked and soggy.

Isaiah has great customer service! Thank you! And also thank you to the young lady that kept checking on us while we were eating.
We're regular customers at this location and have always been happy with our orders. However, the last two times we've ordered our usual dinner and added a berry parfait, the parfait cup has only been half full. This happened tonight, and it also happened on our previous order. At $4.79, a half filled parfait is completely unacceptable. I'll be posting a picture to show the issue.

Amazing marketplace salad and awesome spicy chicken sandwiches. Also they come around and ask if you need anything else even a refill on the drinks even if it is just water

Thee worse experience ever. First the girl in the drive thru takes my order wrong and charges me incorrectly. States will go inside to talk to manager and says will be fixed at window. I get to the window and the girl charges me the correct amount after they had already charged my card. Manager next to her tells her to tell me they refunded me however they don’t explain to me just ask me to pay the correct amount. I do of course. Then I get home to eat and the soda is completely flavorless. Nothing but gas. And I was shorted a nugget. Only got 7 rather than 8. Typically missing a nugget or soda wouldn’t be a big deal, but the overall experience sucked. Will never go to this establishment again. Poor service and poor quality.
