Have ordered from this location and have had missing items a couple of times

I ordered several items total 41 and change. I received a bad salad. I called to make sure that the customers didn’t Receive fat salad he tells me to come back so I can exchange a salad and excuses himself with they check the salad all the time I’m 53 years old. I’ve been cooking my entire life. I know What bad chicken smells like and this chicken smell smells like a lawsuit because when I called, whoever answered, the phone was extremely rude. Extremely disrespectful the worst type of customer service. To represent this franchise shameful disrespectful may God bless him… of course, if I take it back, he’s gonna say no they’re gonna deny deny deny that’s their number one customer service stance with the instant that I got it. I knew it was that My daughter brought it to me. I called and there was no answer this there is the salad at 7:28 PM still on oh and by the way, they forgot my dressing order number 643-2343.!! $41 for this salmonella poisoning

Showed up at 10:33am minutes past breakfast and was told they could not serve me breakfast so I had to order lunch. Behind me a employee asked for breakfast and they told him off course that they will make him some. So just made me think are the employees or the guest the priority here? Wont come back

Im not one to leave reviews about restaurants or people, but I have to say, the team member Ryder is one sweetest workers I have ever been blessed to have been helped by. He’s very welcoming, kind, and hardworking. This Chick-fil-A is very blessed to have such a wonderful employee 🙏🏼☹️

I love it here but it’s terrible during breakfast it’s always slow in the drive thru for some reason even when there’s no cars…
I was very impressed by the professionalism of the staff at this chik fil. Even after I had to make an adjustment to the pick up time for my catering order, the staff were very accommodating.

I had an order given to me wrong and was in a bind with dinner for my mom and you were so sweet and kind and fixed the problem right away!! Thank you thank you thank you you saved dinner at my house
