The cashier guy was so rude when we asked him for more sauce he was like ... but I already gave you six..mind you we had 6 combos ... so he goes gets more comes back looks at us and jus drops them in the back .. we say thank you he rolls his eyes at us..
To top it off they forgot one of our items.. so ya.. 👎👎👎

Elise is probably one of the meanest people I've ever met at Chick-fil-A. How did she even get hired? She completely ignored customers and hated helping her co-workers. I looked at her name tag when I came to pick up a mistake from my order and she looked at me over 5x before helping the customer BEHIND me instead. While she ignored me, I saw her be so rude to her co-workers when they needed help. Get rid of Elise, she's not up to standard.

I ordered thru mobile app. 20 minutes later im sitting in the drive thru still waiting and when they give me the order, it's wrong. Male manager with glasses is just glaring thru the window as he talks to the one trying to help me, not even trying to fix it. I ordered on my way to work thinking its going to be prompt and its not.

I love coming here! The cashier was super sweet and attentive when we ordered our food. I’m not giving it a full 5 stars though, because even though we arrived way before closing time, some of the staff were dropping hints that we should leave while we were still eating. It was a bit awkward… maybe they were just ready to go home early? 😅 Still, it’s a nice spot to grab a bite!

I swear I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. Twice they’ve forgotten my chocolate chip cookies apparently “they’re not able to see it on the order” if that’s the case then they’d have a lot of complaints. And most recently person at the window had an attitude, I got my order and my 30 count nugget wasn’t even 30 missing 7 nuggets either the cook doesn’t know how to count or they were rushing which doesn’t surprise me with the attitude the lady seemed to have when I ordered a big order.

Waited 40 minutes for a pick up order. So why it took so long when it should have been done is beyond me. Manager name was Mark that night shift. Didn't complain or anything until I spoke to two employees In the front. Do better

I consistently place my order through the mobile app to avoid delays and pick up my lunch on time. However, every time I arrive—regardless of the time—I end up waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive-thru line. Often, I’m either given the wrong order or asked to park and wait an additional 5–10 minutes. It’s incredibly frustrating to keep giving this location another chance, only to be met with the same disappointing service experience.
