100% without a doubt the worst Chick Fil-A in El Paso.

The staff is rude, you'd think you're in a McDonalds. Go to any other location in El Paso, and you'll feel right at home. Not here, you definitely feel unwelcome.

The food is consistently bad. My food from here is normally burned or overcooked. Could also be old since the last couple times I got biscuits they were rock hard.

Save yourself the trouble and go to any other chick fil a in EP. Even though this one is closer to me, I've started going to the one 5 minutes out of my way next to work, the Cimmaron one. They're quick and consistently giving me good quality food. Their service is also decent too.

Ordered breakfast through the app. I picked up the order and when I got to work, I noticed the order was missing an item. I tried to report the issue through the app but there must be an error or something that was preventing me from placing an issue.

I ordered two regular sandwiches that are normally delicious. This time they were super dry and they smelled off. Both my mom and I threw the majority of the sandwich away. Not sure if we'll order from them again.

I don’t know how many different things I can do to make sure I get exactly what I ordered. Somehow this franchise always finds a new way to get my basic order WRONG*. So many times. So now I’m forced to leave a negative review. (*Not visited during rush hour.)

This is probably the only fast food I will order once in a while but Just went through drive through ordered a Cobb salad and the chicken was old and rubbery it was disgusting honestly. I feel like the quality of the food has dropped down drastically lately, my last few orders have really lacked freshness. Last time cries were cold and hard and the nuggets were dry before that the chicken smelled funny. Ugh super dissatisfied especially since coming here is not really cost effective. And I choose to support this chain but not like this yuck !

Ordered through the app for
Pick up through drive through. They asked if there was anything I wanted to add. I said no and proceeded forward. Stayed in line for 20 minutes for them to say we are out of Kale once at the drive though. At this point it defeated the purpose of everything else I ordered… I got fruit instead. Pulled off to realize non of my sauces were in the bag and there was zero salt on the cold fries 🤦🏽‍♀️
Chick-fil-a never disappoints but this one here has disappointed me on multiple occasions. This was definitely the last time!! I’m a signature member and way at chick-fil-a a lot so this is very unfortunate!!

I made my order at 8:50 am and my order never got delivered. I called the store multiple times and they said their driver is on the way , two separate times about an hour a part. Horrible experience

I ordered 6 combo meals (spicy chicken deluxe) as an appreciation lunch for some people I worked with that worked really hard the day of the order in question.

I ordered through the app and went to go pick up.

Upon arriving at my workplace, there is confusion all around as we are missing a sandwich and straws (we only got 1 straw for 6 drinks).

As people offer to give me their sandwich, I politely refuse and take ownership of not checking the order after I left (didn't want to clog the drive thru lane).

I go back and tell the lady at the drive through that I just picked up and order for XXX and I was missing a sandiwch. She instructs me to go to the window. I incorrectly assumed they would check the order for what was missing. I request the 5 missing straws, get my bag and take off again. As I am getting on Airway, I get an instinct to check the bag. The bag contains a regular plain chicken sandwich. I take a U turn and here we go again.

I go by the drive thru and communicate that I was missing spicy deluxe. Got instructed to go to the window. As I am driving away I am able to hear ome of the other ladies say: AGAIN?!. Which was curiosuly enough, my same thought, for the third time in less than 20 minutes, I have to go through this again.

Doesn't end there.

Got to work and obviously everyone is done and my appreciation lunch is "wasted". I open the bag to find 2 straws and a regular chicken deluxe. At this point I just forgo the fact that it was not a spicy deluxe and just eat the sandwich and take the L.

Usually this location is pretty good. But I also had never ordered through the app, and most certainly, didn't order 6 meals. Assuming the drive thru curse struck and I did not check the contents of the bag before I left for the first time. Lesson learned.
