October2025: 5⭐: I would recommend this restaurant location and the workers I encounted today. I went to this location with some work friends and we all ordered separate items. Each of our ordered Andre's all came out hot and were appropriately prepared and packaged. My birthday had just passed, so I went back to order my birthday brownie snack attack. Everything was as ordered and fresh as I would expect from a Chick-fil-A restaurant. There was an employee cleaning the restrooms while I was there. Always my favorite restaurant until it's not.
Don't go there Chick-fil-A...just saying!

Very famous for all of the chicken specialty, my favorite it's the spicy southwest salad with avocado 🥑 dressing, although I must say, I'm used to the one over Houston TX and this one here disappointed me just a bit, the chicken strips were little burned and dry, but the lemonade was really bad 💔. It's always my favorite but this time, was really really undrinkable. 😢

What is so hard about giving someone the sauces they ask for on the door dash app it’s there for you to reference and you still sit up and just say nah let’s not put them in there or only give them one sauce they didn’t ask for I worked at this specific chick fil a before it’s really not hard to look at a door dash or uber eats order and go if they want this this and that sauce ok let me put them in the bag let me double check this full order once I’m done

today i went to chic fil a and Cassie treated me like i was a complete idiot. She treated me as if i am stupid, she yelled at me, she wouldn't listen to me, she would ignore me when i was expressing my situation to her about my order being charged incorrectly. She ended up walking off on me when i was explaining myself. Luckily Ivana over heard cassie and myself arguing and immediately stepped up. ivana provided me with excellent customer service.
I am a manager at scuds and suds on fort bliss. I know how to treat my customers. Cassie did horrible today. She does not meet the requirements that the chic fil a customer service standards has to offer..
Carlos had such an amazing personality, he was so happy to be here and serve us.

Jorge didn’t listen to my order whatsoever. I asked for no pickles due to my allergy and my sand which still had pickles. He basically shut me up just so he could keep doing whatever was more important than his job.

Someone is playing with the food at this location and should be investigated, it's not the first time that food comes with something or messed up, I am tired of driving back to get missed food and get a new meal... only thing they do is giving me those free food cards and I can't even use them where I live, just 2 locations. I am grateful but someone has to be reprimanded. While someone will think this is funny, it opens doors to something else.
