This location always forgets condiments if order honey or spice or any dressing they will always forget! So make sure to check before leaving in drive through

We love the food, the service is exceptional and the atmosphere is great. My daughter loves that she can trade her book for ice cream! My complaint is that salads that contain NO MEAT, should be cheaper than a salad with meat.

I like Chick-fil-A, however, I always encounter the same problem there. When I ask for an ice cream cone, the staff somehow feels the urge to touch the entirety of the cone with dirty hands.
Once I let them know that what they are doing is disgusting since I will eat such cone, they make craziest faces at me 🤷🏻.
Chick-fil-A please train your staff to grab the cones by the paper at the bottom. 👍🏻

In the evening on 7/19/25, I placed an order online for pickup. I get to the drive thru window to pickup my order and all the employees are joking around and laughing. Having fun at work is great provided they don't mess up my order. I get to my house and find they forgot one burger. I called the store and asked to speak to the supervisor. He said they had forgotten to put the burger in the bag and if I could come back to pick it up. He never apologized or even sounded like he cared. He said he would replace my whole order on my next visit free of charge. On Monday, I'm back to order the same meal I had previously ordered, which Mr. Rios had given his word he would replace the whole meal free of charge. I get to the drive thru window, and Mr. Rios tells one of his employees to tell me that he had only agreed to honor only one burger free of charge.
My daughters love eating at Chick-fil-A. This was our first and last visit at this location. Management at this location is not typical of the high standards from other locations. Management skills at this location are substandard and need retraining in managing their staff and in how to treat their customers.

My amazing boss just got our team food from Chik-fil-A, and it was not at all what we were hoping for. I had high hopes because I'm a regular customer, but this time everything went horribly wrong.
The manager at the location made a critical mistake by handing the order to the wrong DoorDash driver. When we told the restaurant about the mistake and asked for help, they were not willing to help. The manager, Anthony, refused to help us any further instead of taking blame and offering to make the order again.
This lack of responsibility and bad customer service was very upsetting. When things go wrong, it's annoying, but what really counts is how a business handles it. I thought the management team would do better since they should put customer happiness first. I'll give it some thought before going back to this place.

Poor quality food
Took it back no real apologies just like oh well. Breakfast was burned. Missing items like granola for my parfait. Sunjoy tasted awful 😖 more tea than lemonade
They really need to have someone revamp this place. Poor excuse for management. Called In to the customer service line and they're no help either. So just wont spend my money at this location ever again. Word of advise if you decide to do so is definitely check your food and drinks they will try to give you garbage.
