Food was great but I got home and started enjoying my food when I suddenly saw this in my Mac and cheese, must be from the packaging :( I was so sad lol ended up throwing it away
I placed an Ubereats order today at around 11:40 AM. When I received my order, the bag had my name and the correct order. But the actual order itself was completely wrong and it had someone else’s name. I did call this location to inform them it was the wrong order. They instructed me to contact Ubereats in order to get them to send another driver to give me the right order. Ubereats was only able to issue a refund so I did have to place the order again. The manager I spoke to was very nice and offered to give a free cookie or fries for the inconvenience. I did receive the right order eventually but there was no cookie included which is fine (although I was looking forward to it lol). However, this did cut into my lunch time at work and was a slight inconvenience to deal with such as calling several people. I understand these things happen especially with such a busy location but just wanted to pass along the feedback.

Always double check your drive-thru orders. This the 3rd time, they forget to put an item in my order….

worse experience ever, I had to cancel the order. It's a waste of time. Do not recommend, train your staff better.
