Came to the first Chico's opened, bad awful experience. The tacos the freeze everything was so burnt 🔥 the fries were so hard the tacos I couldn't even bite through it I had to let it sold for a minute. Plus I asked if they could switch my fries manager Maribel gave attitude and they gave me some more BURNT fries 🍟 Everybody always comes from out of town to come eat Chico's tacos... Don't come to the one in Alameda rude manager and staff

Customers are being short changed by cashiers keeping the pennies from purchases without any signs posted by the menu.
Can you guys get those vibrating disk that let you know when your order is ready, the lady keeps screaming numbers and it gets a bit annoying lol

The tacos here are delicious! I enjoyed the sauce and crunchiness of them. And I really liked the hotdog! So much flavor. I’m so glad I tried this place visiting El Paso.
