El Paso tradition, I stop at Chicos every time I am in El Paso. The Tacos are delicious but it's the sauce they are served in and the mound of cheese on top that is the star, so ridiculously delicious! Fries are good too to mop up leftover sauce. Locations are old and dated but who cares, also cash only. Must try if in El Paso.
This went there to order and pick up food. Ordered burgers and the standard Chico's tacos order, it was my first time there and the tacos didn't really look appetizing so I didn't even try them. I did eat the burger and it was good, it wasn't expensive so it was a decent little snack nothing that I would go out of my way to go eat.
Chicos is a staple in El Paso. Everyone from all walks of life come to this place for fun family outing. The salsa is a must and the cheese has to be extra. Simple food that satisfies cravings.
