I hate to say this because the food really is good, but the customer service has consistently been disappointing. The staff often comes across as short or impatient, especially if you don’t already know the menu, which can make first-time visitors feel unwelcome. As someone from El Paso, it’s disappointing not to be able to confidently recommend such a classic local spot. I hope the service improves to match the quality of the food.
