I hate to say this because the food really is good, but the customer service has consistently been disappointing. The staff often comes across as short or impatient, especially if you don’t already know the menu, which can make first-time visitors feel unwelcome. As someone from El Paso, it’s disappointing not to be able to confidently recommend such a classic local spot. I hope the service improves to match the quality of the food.

It’s Chicos tacos. Either you love this place or you hate it. I would definitely recommend if your are in El Paso passing through or here for a business trip. This place is a local favorite.

My husband stopped by around 5 pm. They took about 30 minutes to get the order and they still got it wrong and charged us for something we didn't order. In order to compensate for that , one of the young men there, said that he was giving him a free drink and a free grilled cheese sandwich. When he got home and we checked the order, we noticed that there were some items missing and they had charged for the grilled cheese sandwich. Which we didn't even order to begin with. When my husband went back which takes about fifteen minutes each way, all the group of people that had been working there, weren't there anymore. There was a new group of people working. That was the worst customer service experience we have ever experienced and very incompetent group. I do not recommend this location to anybody.
