We walked in there at 10pm and they closed at 11pm. When we tried to order they told us that it was to go only. Who wants to take it to go and risk it getting all over your vehicle. I will never go back!!

Visited yesterday 8/1. Sauce was too red, too thick & sour-missing the Chicos sauce flavor. I don’t visit as often now because of age & try to watch what I eat but still treat myself to Chicos every so often. I know when something is off & sauce was way off. Disappointed. But hot dog was good 👍🏼

I literally just went there this evening, the customer service wasn't exactly friendly and the cashier just wanted me out of there like I was a bother. They also didnt give me the right order, I had to correct them. I live all the way on the west side, just got back to find out they didnt even give us ANY CHEESE AT ALL. Folks please, PLEASE check your orders before you leave. Its too far of a drive to drive all the way back, I always loved chicos but today they definitely dropped the ball. Never ordering from this location again.

Who likes Chico’s ? A lot of people and because of us , we have made the Mora family tons of money , so when we go to Chico’s these days and see all of the food in tiny containers , having to pay for “extra” cheese , extra sauce , and if you’re super lucky they might get the order right . Today everything was tiny NOT ENOUGH SAUCE TO COVER THE TACOS, A FOUNTAIN DRINK THAT IS DISGUSTING , UNACCEPTABLE! All the money you have made on El Pasoans and now you’re skipping on the quality and quantity of food? SHAMEFUL GREED! Not even because the building is unsightly and run down do people stop eating at your restaurants and this is what you do to your public? Come to think of it , do we ever see or hear of the owners donating or participating in El Paso in any way ? Ughh! WE DESERVE BETTER! Chico’s management get it together and stop cheating people!
