Just moved back to el paso and have visited chicos twice, both times food was very bland and fries are always COLD!! (EASIEST THING TO MAKE) workers just stand around staring at people and seem to hate their jobs. Place is outdated and run down. You don't even get that fresh tomato sauce smell when you walk in, just smells stale. Sad to see a place that made chuco proud, dwindle and become what it is. OH AND THE PRICES ARE ON THE HIGH END NOW! price does not reflect food...
It's Chico's, it's a classic for El Paso. If you haven't tried it, you need to. If have, you don't need my review. But, for you, Chico...the meat in the tacos... it used to have more flavor, it's become a little bland. Everyone in El Paso always says, "they used to be better"
I don’t visit as often now because of age & try to watch what I eat but still treat myself to Chicos every so often. I know when something is off & sauce was way off. Disappointed.
But hot dog was good 👍🏼
