Best restaurant. Buffet, professional staff, clean and orderly environment. Not to mention the balloon guy there is top tier entertainment. If it's your birthday. Memories will be made.

I love coming to the breakfast buffet here however yesterday's experience left me dissatisfied and unsure if I want to come back. We were a large table so I know that gratuity is included. However, the waitress only checked up on us about one time in the beginning of our 2 hours of being there. I had to ask another waitress for refill on the drinks after an hour of not seeing her. We came in at 9:00 in the morning and it was not busy. I've had better service on Sunday mornings when it's packed! Also the area we were in was very warm but no way of telling them to turn on the mini split AC they had because the waitress was nowhere to be found. If you're going to include gratuity please make sure your waiters can be on top of refills since it's a buffet. Its the least they can do.

Went inside around 11 on August 9th to reserve a table of twenty-four for my family who were on their way and got told by the hostess that once my family were all there only THEN would they make a reservation. The Mexican restaurant next door has better service than this place, I wouldn't go back EVER. 😒

Was first time visiting this restaurant. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the customer service our waiter named Eddie was to notch Great service all around. I ordered the steak tacos with sides rice and beans. Food was amazing my wife and I will definitely return and try the buffet.

Super delicious authentic Mexican food and traditional American breakfast. Service is top notch very friendly and helpful. A happy music playing robot rolls around delivering food to tables making the experience even more exiting for everyone. Highly recommend Chih'ua Mexican buffet.

This place has the best pastor in El Paso. The salsas are also the best even though they copied them from Tacos Orientales de Juarez. The buffet is also really good and worth it. You can special order barbacoa and tripitas which are included in the buffett. Service is average. Atmosphere is ok no live music .

Delicious breakfast buffet. Highly recommend. Parking is limited on weekends but worth the wait. Staff is attentive and friendly, food is constantly being refilled. Great for family of picky eaters as the variety is great.
