The server was ignoring us she didn't bother to refill are drinks the food was good there was a guy who brought us the chips he seemed nice but are server didn't bother with us she rolled her eyes when I asked for lemon for my tea me and my husband dress like regular people we don't dress up unless we have a meeting or audition no one should judge anyone buy the way there dressed.

Went in today to have dinner with my daughter around 6:40. Placed our order along with appetizer at the same time. We got our appetizer within 10 min and wait on our meals. Waitress pasted by several times and asked if we were okay and left. It had been almost 45-50 and nothing else was brought to our tale and I asked her when how much we had to wait and she responded with wait for what? And I stated our food and she said it was never ringed in. So she asked what did we order and it will be out shortly, keep in mind she never apologized. So I asked for the check and she quickly gave me my receipt. I asked for the manager and he too about 10 min to get to my table and said he was sorry to hear about what happened and would make us something to go . So Chris the manager didn’t seem to care of the situation and said he would not charge for my appetizer. So I nearly wasted almost 2 hours at location. Poor customer service

Had the triple dipper with burgers, bone in wings & Nashville hot crispers, burgers were delicious, sauce on the wing could've been spicier buy it was tasty, crispers were very good.

Took 30 minutes to get my order, the shrimp was overcooked, half the tortillas cold, rice undercooked, beans tasted like out of a can.

I picked up an order for three pastas at 20 bucks each. When we got home it was hardly a decent portion and was super dry. Very disappointing because when we go in person it’s a hearty portion and service is best .

Great service. Faster service than the far east side chilli's location. Server was attentive and polite. Ordered the Surf and Turf, but the chef forgot to add the shrimp to the plate. Waited for the shrimp to come separately. For meals that require a variety of items, they should make sure that all items are on the plate, so you don't have to wait to savor the dish separately, specially if it's a dish that is high price.
I asked for a 3ple dipper asking to get the rolls on the side to not get wet with the tender souce they did the opposite, plus they sell almost ashes from ribs super over cooked

They were showing the game. Easy to get a seat on a Saturday which surprised me. Food was decent, wouldn't recommend veggie burger 😅. Great customer service.

Famous for their hamburgers, they were out of hamburger soft drinks and other items on the menu. .Ribs were good but very messy. When the server finally came around when we were done, she said they don't have wet wipes since Covid? While the food was good,,I won't be giving them a second chance.
