It's always a great experience having lunch/dinner at Chilis. Everything's nice from the staff to the food. We've been frequent customers due to their good service. Everybody is very attentive, from management to servers. We highly recommend this location!

I visited this location with my family and was seated in a large booth near the entrance on the right side. The restaurant was extremely busy, yet service was very poor. Our food arrived cold, and there appeared to be no visible management support on the floor.
I did notice an individual wearing a green shirt ( ear piece ) speaking with a table behind us for an extended period ( our whole dinner ) . If this person was a manager, it was concerning that no effort was made to address service issues or assist staff during peak hours.
This establishment used to be one of our favorites, but this experience was disappointing enough that we will not be returning. I hope corporate leadership reviews this location’s management presence and service standards

First of all don’t leave negative feedback on the kiosk where you pay, the server read my ratings and was probably looking over my shoulder and rudely confronted me. His name was Jose at Table 9. He wanted to know the problem? His attitude from the beginning, not friendly, not attentive, slow, and disappeared for a long time. My burger was nearly raw. Yes I know he said it was medium, but I can’t believe they won’t make it well done. And when you are a server do not slam your drinks down on the table. I could have spoken with the manager, but why be more of a Karen? He is lucky he got a tip! I’ll stick to the Chilis on Lee Trevino.

Stopped in today, Veterans day, was given a choice of 4 entrees...with a smile. The place was buzzing, there was a worthwhile wait. I ate at the bar. The staff was moving around like a bunch of well orchestrated workers....wait for it..... WITH A SMILE. Frank and Ellie were very attentive despite being busy. Chili's YOU ROCK! This Vet is grateful to your contribution to our community.

I placed my order at 6:30 pm and received confirmation that it was ready at 6:57 pm. I arrived shortly after, but I observed my food sitting on the counter for around 10 minutes while the takeout employee was occupied taking a phone order. It appeared she was the only person handling to-go orders, which caused a delay in getting my food handed over. I recommend that when the takeout staff is tied up, another employee helps cover so orders can be distributed in a timely manner. By the time I received my food at 7:15, it was lukewarm. I’ve worked in restaurant management for seven years, and I know these situations happen, but I do feel something could have been offered to acknowledge the wait and the quality issue.

Another awesome meal at Chili’s. The fajitas were moist and filled with flavor, the bar kept the drinks coming and service is superior. They built a reputation on fajitas,burgers and cold beer and you can’t beat it. Skip the tourist traps and eat here. You won’t be disappointed.

This is why chilis is my fav place, we came in very disappointed by our previous restaurant we went to and came out super happy from here, celebrating my gfs bday in a great way and such an amazing service by the workers , lisa stood out from the rest but i believe everyone brought their 100% that night, cant say anything else but i will and definitely come again, thank you! (Cant forget about the food, let me say” chefs kiss”👌)
