I have been to other Chili's in different states as well and the food was really small portions and for the price it's better at Roadhouse, the drinks are not good. We had two different ice teas about and we're watered down

Words cannot describe how delicious this is. (Especially the Chips & Salsa) I ordered the three for me meal with chips and salsa and a just bacon burger. I also got the three dipper as well. The service and food was amazing. The atmosphere was good as well, very positive.

We went there early, right when they opened.The gentleman there was getting ready but he stopped and came to greet us and serve us. The food was really good and my children ordered a burger meal the burger was nice and big portion.

Returning after a few years. 2pm on a Monday not bad at all. Just passing by flipped a coin, and chilis won. Great service, and food was cooked very well. No complaints.
What is going on here? This is the third Chili's that I have been to in 2 months: New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. No matter where I go, I see the decline of Chili's. Is this the new T.G.I.Friday?Went in on a weeknight and it was dead. Limited number of servers and a whole lot of empty tables. There was just me and I got right into the bar. Seems that kid behind the bar was waiting the whole bar. He did a pretty good job. As for his old fashion, it could use a little work. Don't forget the drink has a cherry in it...even if you don't you the good ones, use something!The food was hot and reasonably priced. When you get a good black bean burger, you know. This was not it. Can't really tell you why. WYKYKWill this experience stop me from going to Chili's? Probably not. I believe this place can turn it around.

HUGE HUGE Mistake ..I mentioned it was my 65th birthday and how we had to Be traveling on My birthday for a family funeral, So a Sad rough day already, the staff acted like SO WHAT which got under my skin in the first place. Well They took our order and I asked for a pitcher of Water so I could rehydrate after a long drive, they brought glasses. Terrible service, terrible attitude. DIS COURTESY WILL ALWAYS BE REWARDED AS EXPECTED. Overall Pretty disappointed, Would have been nice to have A wait staff that listens and is attentive like many other Restaurants we have been to, a happy birthday after mentioning it was my 65th birthday would have been courteous and nice, But No that would have been to difficult for this staff (even though I have seen other restaurants even other Chilis make birthdays a big deal. But just to Put it out there The Waiter would have gotten Good Big tip if he would have acknowledged my birthday instead of the 2.00 he got instead. Plus the dam floors around & under our booth were filthy, spilled soda the whole night my shoes were sticking to the floor WTF, Table had sticky areas as well, I mentioned that to the manager as she came by and she still never cleaned up the mess. Food was bad, Chili tasted burned, JUST OVERALL NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, NEVER EVER WILL I STEP IN THAT CRAP RESTAURANT AGAIN EVER...OR ANY CHILIS AFTER THIS
