The waitress messed up my families checks and when we asked for a manager they completely ignored us and sent the waitress back to help. We waited about 2 hours (no joke) just to be able to pay, just for the waitress to then mess it up again for the third time and the manager still didn’t come.i don’t recommend

The mozzarella sticks were soggy and a warm temperature. They were not FULLY melted and had ZERO cheese pull. The chicken was at a warm temperature as well. I say warm because it wasnt necessarily cold, the meal should have been warm-ER though. Especially because it should have just come out the fryer. I got to the restaurant 15 min exactly after ordering. There's no reason why the food should be close to cold AND soggy. The chicken tasted good but I got grossed out because of the temperature and didn't end up finishing my meal. The sliders were good but maybe arrange them in a way that the sauce from the mozzarella and chicken doesnt get on it. I didn't complain but will probably never eat there again.

If you like Chili's it's another Chili's. I was just looking to get a drink and this was close but if you like traditional margaritas don't bother, they only have weird sweet concoctions. Service was good though.

This Chili's location has really upped its game in the past year. We've been here a few times and the food has always been top notch. My absolute favorite thing Chili's does is the chips and salsa - the chips are thin restaurant-style tortilla chips with just the right amount of salt, and the salsa has a great taste, not to spicy, but just the right flavor. My second favorite thing is the 3 for Me deal. Chili's introduced this a few months ago, and in this current economic environment, it's nice to have a restaurant that helps us save a few bucks. The 3 for Me offers an appetizer, an entree, and a drink for $10.99. This is a great deal these days. We usually get the chips and salsa to share for the table (it's bottomless!) and I get the burger or chicken sandwich, which are both outstanding. In fact, the chicken sandwich is better than Chick-Fil-A and Popeye's famous sandwiches combined, and it's big enough to cut in half and take half home for the next day. Add to that a drink, usually an iced tea. Another fantastic dish is the three protein fajitas, with shrimp, beef, and chicken. Also big enough to either share or take half home for later. If I'm by myself, I get the 3 for Me, if with others, one of us gets the fajitas and everyone shares. There are ways to still go out to a restaurant and enjoy a nice meal, even in this rough economy. Chili's makes it happen.

Additionally, the condition of the restroom facilities warrants attention to maintain a satisfactory customer experience. While not entirely unpleasant, addressing these issues would enhance overall satisfaction.

Emily was our server Saturday evening 7/26/2025 and she was very nice, helpful and attentive with food and drink suggestions. We also spoke with Gabo the manager, and he was very nice and helpful, too. The food was great as were the margaritas.
