most definitely coming again, service was great, we got seated right away and the food was amazing. the manager amanda came to check on us while we were waiting our food she was so sweet and professional. lovely experience !

I don’t know if all El Paso Chilis are owned by the same? But if they are, sorry! I am the one who just left a negative review at the Airway location. I know it’s been several weeks since I came to this location, but I remember my experience and server. See, when you have a great server, who is attentive, polite, friendly, and always with a smile, you will remember them the most! They are part of your dining experience. I still remember my server here by the name of Emiliano. He was all of the positive things I just mentioned. From beginning to the end, Emiliano was great! It was even on a busy weekend night and he didn’t falter! I think the server from the Airway location would learn a lot if he got trained by Emiliano. One thing I most appreciated, is that he explained the specials. He didn’t have to, but he did, that menu you all have can be a bit overwhelming especially with the tons of things you all have. If I come back here, I’ll make sure to ask for him again.

The quality of the food ordered in restaurant is different from ordering through delivery site. I was disappointed when I had opened my meal box because you can tell whomever made the food did not care that it was a to-go order. I specified NO mayo on sandwich and there was extra ranch or mayo on it making the bread soggy and sloppy. Sliders in another box were burnt.
THEN Found a hair in my ranch and ruined my family’s meals due to everything was served with ranch. Unfortunately had to throw $60 of food away. Disappointed we won’t be eating at Chilis for awhile. 🤢

Seth was amazing. His recommendations were on POINT, the blackberry tea was definitely the right choice. The food came out fast AND it was great! The triple Dipper was legendary and Seth even brought us drinks when they were low WITHOUT US ASKING

Overall great experience great food and service. Carlos our server gave us recommendations on what to get wasn’t hesitant very pleasant and knowledgeable with all we asked. I would definitely go back. We had the marg of the month and it was awesome

We went to get some burgers and trio platter that they had going on. The burgers were good had a good taste. Trio platter there chicken where kind of hard. But other than that it was good. The service was exceptional to see if we need it anything he were very taken care of thank u for ur great service.

Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever. The server kept taking so long to check on us, take out order, kept going outside, kept messing up all his tables and bringing back the wrong items, when time to check out he brought the wrong receipt that was way more than my original receipt. When and spoke to the manager and came back saying that the manager would pay for the receipt and still ended up being charged. When paying in cash he didn't do the right math either and tried giving us the wrong change. Honestly terrible service.

I rated 3 stars because first there was a wait of 35 minutes not bad but still had to wait!! Second because my food was served stone cold!! I was really looking to eat and savor my food because I love chilis but I was disappointed mine was cold. 🥶 😩 🤧!!I ordered a triple dipper!! And it was cold like someone placed a take out order and stayed there and they served it to me while they cooked my whole tables food. Only mine was cold by the way thats why I say that. So chilis shame on you!! But service was great!! Emilio is an exceptional waiter!! I asked questions about the menu items he was knowledgeable and kind and just ready to help and attentive never left us without drinks and kept our area clean and best service ever!! The facility is clean but the back area near the restroom looks messy and dirty but im sure they were just busy because restrooms were clean well maintain and so was dining area!! Just my food was cold!! But other than that I definitely recommend!! And if you ever have problems with service ask for emilio his great!! Thank you Emilio you are probably the only reason I will return to this Chilis location!! Chilis stop serving cold food 😤
