Went to have dinner last night. Took 40mins to be seated and about another 40mins to get food. My husband got the fajita trio and I got the triple trio. The fajita trio was completely cold not even room temp. I got triple trio with mozzarella sticks and chicken strips they were cold that the cheese was not even stretchy. Then I asked for water and the cup was dirty. I was told maybe it was like that because it was old and used. Put my finger in and scraped off the inside and showed her the dark residue. She told the manager, he brought me a brand new cup and all he said was oh sorry bout that and walked away. So we waited 1hr + and paid $78.00 to receive poor quality food and poor service. To the manager do better sir as all this is a reflection of you and the way you manage the business.

The chicken tenders were delicious however the meat in the big mouth bites was over cooked and not a big enough size to fit the buns.
Long wait, flat warm beer, order was wrong, bad service. I'm not sure what changed din the last time I was here. But won't be back to this location. .

Worst food ever! Steaks were unseasoned and burnt. Broccoli was super dry and nasty. We did get a credit for both steak plates. Which I'm thankful for. Great customer service but definitely never eating there again. I believe tonight was not their best night. I saw others return their food as well. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day with this restaurant!

I use Door dash for this restaurant due to disability but I have been here in the past year. The good is good..I recommend the Southwest Egg rolls.. They are awesome. I only give it a 4 because they often forget items when ordering and even if you order with"direct to you"for an added 3$... It's still cold when you get it. All in all, good food though.

The past two times we tried to eat at the Chili’s restaurant on Lee Trevino we walked out. About 2 weeks ago we were seated and sat there for 20 minutes. No one ever approached the table. We got up and left. The time before this, in fall, we walked in and waited at the hostess desk. Some gentleman walked in and went to the bar and sat down, the bartender greeted them and gave them menus. We were still standing at the hostess desk waiting to be seated, they just ignored us. I’m not sure what’s wrong with this restaurant. They just don’t seem to care. Went to the Chili’s on Airway and had excellent service and we will not go back to the Lee Trevino location.
Always a great experience here! Real good chips and salsa and great prices with the 3 for me ($11.99)

Chicken Crispers with Chipotle are great, half slab Ribs good, mushrooms side serving was too little a serving, I forgot what the stuff was in the middle but it was blended chilli with cheese and 12-13$ so, 👎. Asparagus were good. Beer was warm thumb 👎!
