Waited about 8 min for a seat, in an almost empty restaurant. Strike 1. Waited for drinks which didn’t arrive until almost done with our meal (after 2 request) strike 2. Complained to the manager, she went through the motions of hearing me out, and dismissed, disingenuous, Strike 3. Horrible dining experience. To add insult to injury Chili’s decided to use a styrofoam cup for the tea.

Service was great. Food was ok and atmosphere was typical. Chilis needs to work on their food. Just didn’t seem fresh and the electronic box is like the self check out at grocery stores. I didn’t come to a restaurant to be put on staff. If I have to check myself out, I should be put on the payroll.

We didn't sit at the bar, we sat at a table near the bar and the bartender ended up being our server, which I thought was gonna be a problem but it was not. He was amazing. The food was perfect and came out pretty fast too. I will definitely be going back soon.

Tisha was extremely attentive with us and had the best attitude despite handling multiple tables. Food was served much faster than even fast food places. Payment was done quickly through the tablet in the table. I'll be coming back again and hopefully to see the wonderful staff here again.

The steaks were poorly cooked. We asked for medium well, and both steaks were medium rare. We asked that one be cooked a little more so that there was less blood. The steak came back crispy. Very poor cooking. The waitress was nice and tried to help, but nothing could be done with poor cooks.

I loved the food, the only thing that bothered me was the time it took for the waiter to ask us for our order, he only saw us but didn't come closer, then he and other waiters started putting tables together for a large family, and because they were accommodating three tables with Their chairs did not serve us, I think if there is a family that occupies two or three tables, it is not necessary for them to stop serving other tables to serve those who have not yet arrived, I did not like that.
