Found a hair on the orange chicken this is the second time that this happens. Food has no flavor. Do not recomend. I only got half refun although I returned the food but apparently I ate half which I didnt.

This food was disgusting, out of my family of 10 no one liked it . We all tried and had to throw away . Tasted very bad , not even the rice was well made . Also pretty expensive for such terrible food got charged 170

Subject: Store Hours Clarification
I wanted to bring to your attention an encounter I had this Monday at approximately 9:30 PM. Upon arrival at the store, I was informed by a staff member, who had curly hair, that the store was closed. However, the posted hours indicate that the store remains open until 10:00 PM.
I had traveled nearly 25 minutes to reach the location, and I was hopeful to make a purchase..
Staff was rude laughed while taking my order and racially profiled they messed up almost all of my order and expected me to drive halfway across town asked for vegetable fried rice and they gave me pork fried rice asked for orange chicken they gave me general tso only thing they got right was my sweet and sour I do not recommend going here if you have teenagers working in your establishment who can’t be professional they probably shouldn’t work there.

What a dump this place has become. Years ago, the owners cared about food quality and service. Not the case anymore. I once walked in and the cashier was at the counter area shoveling cooked chicken poppers from a box into styrofoam take out trays. Yeah, that should’ve been a red flag to do a 180. Unfortunately, they have cut corners all around and the poor cooking skills can no longer be ignored. If you order take out, they’ll switch out chicken for beef egg rolls thinking you won’t notice. This has happened to me more than once. The quality of food has gone downhill exponentially. Also, the place needs a good scrubbing. 🤮 Plus, be wary of you use debit cards. The cashier will quickly punch credit and not give you a chance to press debit so you’ll get charged the 3.9% surcharge. It’s not legal to charge a surcharge on debit cards but they override that by being sneaky and pressing the credit card option. How many people have they done this to? The owner needs to step up, stop doing shady business, clean up this joint, hire some good cooks, and make it what it used to be. If it keeps on this trajectory, no doubt in time it will go out of business.

This place is disgusting. I can’t believe the health department hasn’t shut them down. There is moldy food, dirty dishes everywhere, bugs, and cigarette butts right where food is prepared. I saw staff smoking in the back while handling food, and it’s clear they don’t care about cleanliness or your health.
If you get sick after eating here, don’t be surprised. El Paso needs to step up and inspect this place ASAP. I regret ever eating here.
