We've been eating here since it opened over 10 years ago. The main drawing point for me was the sesame chicken because it was AUTHENTIC sesame chicken and not just orange chicken with sesame seeds thrown on it like most El Paso Chinese restaurants do, BUT ALAS China Wok has now chosen the lazy route and doing like all those other restaurants. It was very disappointing to have to put my dish in the fridge with hopes my husband will like it because I do not like orange chicken in any shape or form. Really sad and won't be going back anymore. Feeling blessed, though, I was able to get real sesame chicken for as long as I could in this city who has very few good Chinese food options.

I never had problems with this place. Only thing I don’t like, is that there is no MSG, but that doesn’t disqualify it from having some of the best Chinese food on the East Side and the fact that they will make you something that’s not even on the menu without any questions is an A+ in my book.

I love eating here and barley get to go cause I live far, picked up an order my fault I didn’t check but come on it was missing the sauce for the shrimp!! Reunited my dinner what is dried shrimp for dinner

Prices wasn’t bad and the portions were huge but the food seemed to be lacking seasoning. On the other hand, the chicken wings were over seasoned. The restaurant is clean and the service is good.

Placed an order over the phone for a pick up, I arrived, the cashier has no idea what I’m talking about. She’s lost, trying to give me someone else’s order that does not come close to what ordered. This place is going down hill fast. Very disappointed of the customer service they offer.

Very disappointed, ordered the fried rice house special, never seen yellow fried rice before, very strange looking pork and the chicken looked like it came from a can the shrimp was eatable the tea was fine ,only ate half ,not coming back and the worst the food gave me a headache it must have been the shrimp .
This place needs to stick to Togo’s only. I have ordered from this place since high school. It never disappoints. We decided to eat in since we knew they had extended the place and added a dine in area. Wrong choice. The service was horrible. They aren’t prepared to service you if you dine in. They still use Togo containers. My husband ordered the coconut shrimp and the shrimp came out without any sauce. I had to ask the waitress for the sauce only for her to bring it back in a Togo container and cold. When you go out to eat you are expected to deliver great service and great food. It’s not cheap going out to eat. It was a disappointment and we won’t be back not even to order Togo.
